After my long-time lawn care providers suddenly stopped their mow service in the middle of a season, I was forced to scramble to find a replacement service. After going through several self-employed landscapers, a couple of smaller businesses with fail after fail, or prices so high I could have started my own business, a friend suggested I contact Silvis. When I did, they (Tyler) showed up on time, assessed my property, gave helpful and useful suggestions, and we came to an agreement. So far everything he said was going to happen, has. The Silvis crew has been on schedule, and at the reasonable cost agreed upon. The work their crew has done is nothing short of amazing. They show up when you expect them, (because of all the rain, the crew even showed up at 8:00 pm the other night to mow) they are professional, skilled, efficient, and add the cherry on top, do an amazing job. After they are done, it’s difficult to tell they were even at my house to cut my grass accept the grass looks pristine. They have literally brought my lawn back from the brink and have I mentioned not a weed in sight? I have scheduled a summer clean up and can’t wait to see the amazing job I know they are going to do. Did I mention they are reasonable with their charges? Yep, Best decision for all my landscaping needs I could have made. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Silvis Group.

From start to finish, sheer professionalism and quality stood out. Of all the projects we tackled the last two years to “improve” our home, Silvis obvious commitment to quality was remarkable amid every other company. I was left with a job that absolutely thrilled me and left me with the feeling that it was money well spent. I was happy to write the check. Cannot recommend enough.

As we aged, we felt it was time to move from our lovely home with the pool, landscaped gardens, grass and too much time and effort to keep it all beautiful. We looked for another home with all the right amenities and none of the work. After moving to a Silvis maintained community, we see the same healthy grass, the well maintained flower beds, the beautiful trees and the friendly, well trained staff who care for all of it. If we see a problem, like a recent skunk invasion, a call to Silvis brought their team to spray the lawn of every home in the community. Silvis arrived the same day, worked until well after dark and by morning the skunks were gone. They have installed french drains, built walls, remedied water ponding in yards and installed beautiful gardens for residents. We love this company, their crew and the very well done work!

Contacted for an estimate on a retaining wall installation, driveway widening with old asphalt removal, then resurfaced. Employee came as promised on 8-9-22 to give estimate, but could not answer any of my questions about anything. took a few measurements, and said he would be back on 8-11-22, at 1 PM. with another person who knew more about everything. NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED.

Though they have decent reviews, makes me wonder if they are legit. So, due to this I can not recommend this company and would look elsewhere for their services.

Very much enjoyed. Silvis group was very professional and very down to earth. Honestly I think it would be a great environment or place for anyone to work or do buisness with.

We recently used Silvis group for both design and landscaping services for a project on the side of our house. They helped turn what was a completely wasted Or unusable space into a well integrated design with the rest of our lawn. It includes a beautiful arbor and walking path, raised garden beds (I’m a vegetable and herb gardener). They also built along stairs and a patio. Lastly, they integrated landscaping in the back yard. The project turned out beautiful and our neighbors have even consistently stopped to talk about how nice it looks. They work was so well done that I’m planning to use them for phase 2 next year!

I hired Silvis to finish a french drain project started by another company. They quickly replied to my request for a quote then started the job the next day. The work performed was top notch and completed in a timely matter. It is with out reservation that I recommend Silvis group.

Great job on a wall with poor communication at the start....However there is a major problem with a hydro seeding job and i can't even get someone to come look at their complete failure.Let alone try to correct their problem or refund me…..Cant reallly "edit " comment but can continue to add…… they have made verbal commitment to come and look at the problem time and date….. Guesss what NO SHOW!!!!!!! Then when I called they had another excuse but dont you call if you are late or need to cancel? I think plicy for them would be do job if ok then pay no half down and see what and when it happens . There are many othe land scape companies……Well still

I can’t say enough good things about Silvis Group Inc of Mt Pleasant, PA. It took me several years to find a firm in the southwestern PA area to bring to life a landscape site plan for my Uniontown residence. This synergistic and personalized team approach led to creative design ideas and optimal decision-making in the areas of hardscape, rainfall management, and plant and materials selection. In addition, the team was adaptive and responsive to last-minute design changes based on field constraints or infusion of new ideas from client. I look forward to working with them on additional site plan phases in the years to come.
