After a very positive construction process, from the first conversation to the last punch list inspection, my husband and I have nothing but positive and glowing things to say about everyone at Silver Maple. Each of the people we have interacted with, from the top to the bottom of the ladder, addressed our issues, questions and concerns professionally, intelligently, and they made sure we were thoroughly satisfied. The quality of construction of our house is simply a wonder. The installations of every window, every floor, every wall, and especially every cabinet, are gorgeous and are certainly aging well after 9 months of occupancy. From the first bulldozer shovelful of Addison County clay 2 years ago to the inspection just yesterday of the finish of some of our cabinets to insure it was perfect, nothing has been left to chance. For example, Sean worked for many hours to get our sauna working, as well as the elevator, both of which were tedious and complex jobs, but he did not quit until everything was perfect. In the process of winter coming on, as the house settled, things were adjusted to accommodate these changes by SMC. We have the closest thing we can imagine to a perfect house that we will live in for the rest of our lives! Our heartfelt thanks to everyone at SMC, including the people in the office who were super helpful and went the extra mile for us!

My wife, Sue, and I purchased a 40’ 5th Wheel RV. Sue is an Interior Designer and the stock interior wasn’t going to work. We needed a company to help us with custom cabinetry.
Sean from Silver Maple Construction met with us and he got the vision and was enthusiastic about the project.
Clearances and weight were big factors in the implementation. We are extremely pleased with the work SMC completed.
We have put 10,000 miles on the RV and it has performed perfectly. It is so comfortable and functional. We live in it 7 months a year crossing the USA every year.
