Helms did careful, high quality work, including installing a new roof, lots of carpentry to replace rotted siding and plywood, and a major window installation. The crew cleaned up after themselves, were careful not to wreck our flower beds, and made sure the house will stay dry through the worst storm. We give Helms our highest recommendation.

Galen had a crew come out to replace the facia board on the back of the house & wrap it with aluminum so that gutters could be installed. They were on time and did good work. They were the only company willing to come out to do this small job last fall.

The crew at G.Helms did an awesome job deconstructing and re-building our crumbling chimney. They were professional, fast and the project enhanced the appearance of our house. 10/10, I would recommend.

Galen and his team did an amazing job on 2 roofs at our house. One was a metal roof and the other shingles. Galen inspected the adjoining roof as well, and while installing the new roofs, repaired the existing roof’s structural deficiencies. Very happy with the work and will gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Galen did an outstanding job replacing our chimney flashing and replacing broken slates. He and his crew also installed a standing seam roof that looks terrific. Highly recommend G Helms Construction. I’ll be calling him for future repairs.

Galen and team replaced a full section of worn asphalt tile. Quote was quick, detailed in writing. They offered a date for the work that was reasonable and then were able to complete it earlier than promised. Work was well done with quality materials and they were meticulous about cleanup.

roof leaked, called Galen, he responded right of way, fixed two days later and saved me from a major rain storm. He is a great communicator, returned calls promptly. Never had a contractor return a call that fast and fix the problem that fast. A+ would recommend

A big thank you and thumbs up to Galen and his crew. They completed a metal roofing job on our small cabin and we couldn't be happier with the result or with the service we received. First off, Galen is incredibly responsive (a real rarity!) and answered all of our questions and worked with us on product suggestions, etc. He fit our project in on short notice with winter bearing down and a very busy schedule.

The guys performing the roofing job were absolute pros. They showed up right when they said they would, got right to work, and were friendly as can be. They worked clean, fast, and the end result is flawless.
