P.P.N.E

After two years of dealing with painters who either didn’t show up or went out of business, I finally connected with PPNE, thanks to a recommendation from the team working on our roof.

Dustin takes great pride in his work, communicates effectively, and is incredibly kind. We’re very pleased with the results and will likely reach out to him for future projects.

If I had one piece of feedback for the team, it would be to "underpromise and overdeliver." Throughout the project, we were given a few estimated dates for various tasks that were mostly not met. This wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t have a strict timeline, and the team worked hard to get the job done. However, it reached a point where I’d jokingly question the estimates—and be right. The fact that I could joke about this with Dustin speaks to the strong rapport between us as client and company.

Dustin and his P.P.N.E. crew were incredibly responsive and professional while staining our house and working on the trim. They actively listened to our needs and communicated very well. We would definitely reach out to P.P.N.E. again in the future!
