A change in my work schedule required me to sleep during the day. So I began looking to fully darken my room. Our current solar shades had a gap of about an 1 in on one side and 1 1/4 on the other, allowing sunlight to peak in. I sought out 4 different solar shade companies requesting a proposal to install side channels. Signature Shade Solutions was one of two that was able to provide me a proposal. Travis stopped by and provided me options and details on how he would be able to satisfy my requirements. Because the side channels are not a popular installation, there was none in stock and a back order had to be placed. During the waiting period, Travis kept in touch with updates and apologized for any delays. Once he received the side channels, he immediately contacted me and arranged for installation. Installed was completed with no issues. I appreciated the excellent customer service provided by Travis. As a homeowner, we all want our job to be of the utmost priority. Travis made us feel as though our job was the most important despite being a relatively small job. Thank you Travis, your professionalism and customer service is much appreciated! I am thrilled with the job Travis and Brad did installing a shade to the exterior of my southern facing and very hot master bedroom. A complicated install because of the position of the window was done with ease by these professionals. Now we can be in the master bedroom all day long, where my wife has her home office set up, a major game changer. I just wish we had done this sooner. The product itself is very sleek and impressive.

Signature Shade Solutions will be your go-to for anything dealing with the sun. For starters, they came right away and were able to give me a quote on spot. I didn't really know what I wanted for the window in my bedroom and for some shade for my lanai, but they took their time and showed me all their options. It was not overwhelming at all as they were able to listen to my needs and find the best product for my space. The quality is amazing. I love the aluminum shutters as I no longer have to worry about the wind flapping my curtains around. I am also over the moon with my motorized shade for my lanai. It keeps the space so much cooler and I love that it doesn't hinder the view. Top-notch service, products, and all at the right price. I promise you won't be disappointed if anything you will be disappointed that you didn't use their products earlier.
