I had water damage in my condo back in December. This journey was long because of HOA, management company and adjusters. Ben did the best job dealing with them all. Ben is so professional, kind and really cared about getting the job completed. The crew did an excellent job with painting and wallpaper. A leak in our basement caused major damage. Andrew was called to action by our insurance company and boy did he perform. Right from day one he engaged subcontrator; sheet rock, floor replacement and painters. All was done in 2 weeks. And the work was done perfectly.

Would highly recommend Sides Restoration! My mom had water damage in her house that required repairs to walls. Once the water remediation was done by another company who was not responsive to getting the repairs done, our insurance company referred us to Sides and from the moment they were approved, the communication and responsiveness was immediate. My mom and I worked with Ben who was amazing-incredibly responsive, super nice, kept us up to date at all times, came to perform an inspection asap to see what repairs were needed, scheduled the repairs quickly and lined up the contractors to do the work quickly. Ben also worked directly with the insurance company to get the estimates approved which saved us the time and effort of having to deal with that. A ceiling fan was warped and had to also be replaced and Ben took care of getting it from Lowes after we picked one out and sent him the information. Ben got an electrician to take old one out and put new one in. And the repair work that was done involved drywall, painting and trim and the work was done beautifully. The paint match job blew our minds. You cannot tell AT ALL where the work was done. The drywallers/painters did their work efficiently and cleaned up the job. Regardless of whether this was insurance approved/related or not, if we ever need any remodeling work done on our houses, I will be hiring Ben and Sides Restoration hands down! Incredibly impressed.

Sides Restoration did a great job demolishing and rebuilding our primary bathroom after water damage. Ben did a great job with the demolition. Saul, the tile installer, was fantastic! He did an incredible job installing the tiles on the floor, shower and shower walls. I had a very frustrating experience with the owner, Nate, once the final invoices and payments were being processed through our insurance company. It became clear that Nate didn’t fully understand the Contractor Connection process, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, he called me and threatened to place a lien on my property. After a simple call to my insurance company, I discovered the issue was due to a missing supplement, which was promptly paid with no problems. Nate’s behavior was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. While things might start off smoothly, beware that if there’s any confusion, his reaction is emotional and aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend working with Sides Restoration based on this experience.

Nate and his team did a great job walking is through the renovation after we had water damage in our home. We were able to go on a 4 day vacation and by the things we returned they had removed and replaced all the surgeries flooring and even helped us with additional change orders with painting and recessed lighting. Discovered a hot water heater leak in our mechanical room one morning. After making the call to our insurance agent, Nate Sides was at my house within the hour. He advised me on finding the right plumber, who fixed the leak and replaced the hot water heater for fraction of what I had been quoted. Nate and his team returned the next day for restoration with dryers and dehumidifiers, cut out the damaged carpet, and got things under control. Give him a call for any restoration needs.

10/10 would recommend! We had a slow leak from our dishwasher. When we finally realized there was a leak the damage was extensive. Flooring, subfloor, cabinets , drywall all had to be removed, replaced, and rebuilt. Nate was fabulous, and explained every step along the way. In August 2023, a large oak tree from a neighbor's yard crashed through our roof causing considerable damage. The scope of repairs included a new roof, sheetrock for walls and ceilings, repair to the attic flooring, repair to damaged rug padding from water, baseboard trim and precision painting. We were fortunate to have contracted with Sides Restoration for the entire repair. Every aspect of the restoration was outstanding, executed with expert care and efficiency. Communication with Nate Sides was excellent. He carefully explained every phase of the repair, He was immediately responsive and paid great attention to detail to assure the highest quality job. Scheduling went exactly as Nate outlined it, and all his subcontractors were excellent. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of this daunting recovery and so if you need expert restoration at a fair cost, we unequivocally recommend Sides Restoration.

This team was dishonest in their assessment and analysis of our home and then decided to pass along lies to our insurance company about what our expectations were in regards to what needed to be fixed in our home. Any organization willing to operate in that manner cannot be trusted. That showed a complete lack of professionalism and integrity.

We unfortunately had a leak while we were out of town. A bathroom and the room underneath had substantial water damage as a result. Restoration required total replacement of the flooring in both rooms and a sizable portion of our ceiling in the second.

Nate worked with us quickly to get things restored. The quality of their workmanship is very impressive, even better than the original build quality.

We’re thrilled with the restoration work done by Sides Restoration. Hopefully we won’t need reconstruction work done again anytime soon, but Nate will be the first person we call if we do, or for any renovations or updates we do in the future!

I am happy that Sides restoration was referred by our insurance when I had a water damage due to my fridge. Nate did a great job in recommending what needs to be done and worked around my schedule. He waited to complete the work as I couldn’t get it done immediately due to personal commitments. After the entire first room floor was refinished, I wasn’t totally happy as it didn’t match my existing kitchen cabinets color. But I was ok with it as I had planned to move out anyhow. Nate insisted that he’ll get it painted white for free and it looks amazing now. I ended up remodeling the entire kitchen as the white cabinets turned the old dingy kitchen to a bright one!!
There was another water damage due to the dishwasher and I had to replace the newly stained hardwood floor and Nate recommended an LVP which looks simply great ! I couldn’t be there for the flooring as I had to travel and Nate promised that it’ll be done before I come back from my vacation and his team also painted the walls for free all within a week!!

After my fridge leaked and damaged a large section of wood flooring, I had Nate in to do the remediation and floor restoration. He quickly had the damaged floor and ceiling out and dry. Afterwards, I decided to not only restore the damaged floor but replace most of the floors in my house all at the same time, and Nate was able to help me select the wood, was able to work around my schedule, coordinate the pack-out and pack-in of my furniture, and any items found that needed fixing after the installation were done the next day. It was a complex task and was executed very professionally.

At noon on Christmas Eve 2021 i discovered that all of my upstairs was flooded. Called insurance company. Soon after that i received a call from Nate at Sides. Within a few days his crew was removing water and carpet. When the floor was dry, his people installed waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank. Looks awesome!
Nate was helpful and extremely patient with me while i was figuring out what kind of floor i wanted. He took care of the paperwork with the insurance company.
The workers arrived when they said they would, were polite, professional, cleaned up everything. I would definitely use them again and without hesitation recommend them to others.

No major layout changes were needed, just a complete facelift. We were very happy with the results. Their cabinet maker did a first class job on the cabinets. Nate and his crew worked on my bathroom last month after water damage had been remediated. They were very punctual and the quality of the work was excellent including tiling the floor, painting the walls and reassembling the bathroom. The crew always called before they came and were punctual when they came and cleaned up after their work. There was an issue with the vanity and Nate worked with me to ensure that it was fixed and that I was satisfied. Nate, the owner of Sides Restoration arrived at our home almost immediately to check the damage caused by a leak in a neighboring condo. Super job removing and cleaning up the damaged flooring and waterlogged drywall. We all had to wait nearly 10 weeks for the neighbor to repair the leak before our restoration could begin. Sides Restoration did a great job after major water damage to our church educational building (5000 sq ft ceiling and 5000 sq ft floor). Sides worked directly with the insurance company and the asbestos abatement company. Asbestos ceiling, asbestos floor tiles, and sheetrock were removed, replaced, and painted. Clean-up during and after the job was great. I would hire them again.

I was unfortunately unable to use this artisan legendary services due to a novices insurance adjusters arrogance refusal to listen to the recommendation Nate provided for the restoration of my home after Florence. Thus forcing Nate to opt out after giving a valiant fight due time and client load increasing daily. Ironically every word from roof to floor was 100% accurate. I am using data from NATE to help my current contractor to justify repairs to my home to a new adjuster with the same company. Two hurricanes later I am still displaced and still relying on Nate's findings to get the done. I can only hope I can write a comparable review from my current contractor. Nate you are a true man of high skill and even higher integrity.

Sides restoration is fantastic. We had water damage in an upstairs bedroom, upstairs bathroom and down into our kitchen. They repaired wood floors, tile floors, rebuilt a shower, drywall, paint, trim, etc. All was done with excellent communication throughout. I've hired many different contractors over the years for different kinds of work, and Sides Restoration is among the best. Nate Sides of Sides Restoration is the ultimate professional! I am a remodeler and I had a pipe burst on a job during the middle of the night.
