We had a great experience with Ryan, Sue, and the crew of Shore Built renovating our home in York. They were very helpful working through the design of our great room addition, the kitchen expansion, and flow of the new entry. The process went smoothly with frequent communication. Ryan was very accommodating with change requests and costs were transparent. The kitchen is gorgeous, cabinets beautifully made. We’ve received many compliments from renters, neighbors, and family.

A year ago, Shore-Built worked a small miracle for us. The primary bathroom in our newly purchased home was ridiculously tiny and dated. Ryan and Sue patiently worked with us on my half-baked idea to blow out a wall into an adjoining underutilized closet and deployed a small army of excellent in-house crew and sub-contractors to get it exactly how we wanted.

Working with Ryan and Shore-Built's contacts, we had as much flexibility as we wanted choosing finishes, fixtures, etc. while staying within our target budget and schedule. A year later, the quality of their work still shines and I LOVE how it came out.

The best part, is that no matter how small a project, Shore-Built doesn't just walk away. I contacted them recently asking for the glass shower front installer's contact info because the door appeared to be getting out of plumb. Sue was responsive, coordinating a return visit to fix it within a couple of weeks, and followed up to make sure we were happy.

I'd call Shore-Built again in a heartbeat if I had another improvement project and continue to recommend them to others. It may not be their biggest or most glamourous project, but the before/after photos speak for itself.

Shore-Built Construction did an excellent job expanding our Sanctuary to accommodate our rapidly growing church community. We are extremely pleased with the work and the communication throughout the construction process. I highly recommend them for your next project!

This past Spring Shore-Built Construction replaced most of our windows (24, I believe). Once started, the project moved along quickly and smoothly. The team cleaned up at the end of each work day, and the attention to detail was comforting.

We have had several projects completed by Shore-Built in the last 6 months (finished basement & bathroom) and another currently under contract (full house siding). My husband and I grew up with family members in the contracting business and having moved several times we’ve had our share of home projects. Ryan and his team are extremely professional, reliable and pay attention to detail. Shore-Built is the most considerate and tidiest crew we’ve ever worked with, they leave your house the way it was found and clean up thoroughly after each project. In addition, Sue is a delight to coordinate and schedule projects with at the office. The communication is easy whether it is throughout the design phase or project execution. You can tell Shore-Built really cares about their clients and the high standard of work they produce.

Shore-Built Construction did a great job on building us a great new updated kitchen in 2023. They are very professional and the quality of work is top notch. They listen to our thoughts and desires for a new kitchen and implemented them all to design and build the new kitchen. From start to finish was just about 5 (design, picking materials and new appliances) months, 2.5 of that was actual construction. Very quick for a design, remove old kitchen and build new one. They also came in on budget which was very important for me.

We have had Shore-bilt do windows and siding on our colonial. Both jobs were done professionally and exceeded our expectations. The owners and workers are friendly and answered any concerns we had. We would highly recommend them for any job.

My wife and I have built two house and remodeled two houses and we can say with 100% certainty that this kitchen and pantry remodel job is the finest we have ever had............. from design to clean up, Ryan and the crew were amazing ..... we have already booked them for three other remodel projects.
