Our family had the absolute pleasure of working with Seawood Enterprises on a major addition to our home in York to accommodate our growing family — specifically, creating more space for our three kids. From the very beginning, the team at Seawood didn’t just treat us like clients — they treated us like family.

Throughout the entire process, from planning to execution, their attention to detail was second to none. My wife and I are new to the area and had a kitchen remodel on our to do list. We found Seawood Construction ( Bob & Sean Ellis) thru our kitchen designer. Boy what a find !
Bob was hands on and his crew was very professional. Our home was made safe and dust free during the entire remodel process.
Bob was instrumental in finding the fixes for those annoying issues that pop up on any construction/remodel job. He was very into getting things perfect and when a decision was needed he spoke up and moved towards a great result.
Bob was adamant that he could create a light fixture on a crazy sloped ceiling in the kitchen. He was more than spot on. Bob was concerned with the weight of the new Island and quartz counter he installed. The bounce on the kitchen floor was not up to his standard and , though he asked, he already had the fix by shoring up the flooring.
My wife and I are so pleased with the outcome and have enjoyed several great family and friends events this summer.
