I had my windows replaced 4 maybe 5 years ago with Shoals exterior's they have been trouble free and so nice having them a few days ago my cleaning lady open and closed one incorrectly I didn't know what happened I call Shoals exterior's, An hour later a very nice gentleman shows up and repairs it very quickly and I'm still a happy camper! Great job
