I recently moved to Chapin, SC and had a shingle fall off my roof. I contacted Shingles Now on Thursday afternoon and Rodney showed up early Friday morning and repaired my roof. Rodney even said "No Charge" for the repair! I did give him cash for lunch and Thanked him for not only showing up immediately but for doing the repair for free!! Shingles Now has earned me and my family as a customer for life! What a great company and a great person as well!! Thank You and God bless!

He was quick, no gimmicks or upsells. He didn’t waste my time requiring a second meeting just to get a price. He gave me an easy to understand quote, scheduled my replacement. His team got my roof replaced in less than a day.

After having had a new roof put on our old house last year, with 3 callbacks for leakage issues, Shingles Now were awesome! The team work together so efficiently and smoothly, they do half the roof at a time in case of rain, the house didn’t shake when they brought up the heavy shingles, and their cleanup was great! I am so grateful tonight as I sit here listening to the rain...because it's all outside!! After several years of leaks that were progressively, getting worse, I knew it was time to address it. I had several folks refer Shingles Now and i requested a quote online. Charlie called within 30 minutes and was inspecting my roof within a day! The quote came back very reasonable compared to other companies! We got on the schedule but the Mother Nature had other plans. It rained for weeks it seemed! Charlie would send me weather updates so that we could determine our window of opportunity. We finally got a break but the crew would have to get an early start. And they did! By 6:40 am on a cold December morning, shingles were being torn off! The team was neat, efficient and professional. They replaced the entire roof (decking and shingles ....1400 Sq ft), installed a ridge vent, removed two turbines, and also knocked out my pump house so it would match. As they began packing up, the rain returned.
The roof looks amazing and better yet, it isn't leaking!! I have peace of mind knowing that I don't have to put out pots and buckets and my towels can in the closet!

Rodney was on time and very professional. While completing the roof inspection, he applied sealant to fill in some problem areas. Although they don’t specialize in the type of roof I have, he went out of his way to try to prevent further issues.

Shingles Now is our preferred roofing vendor for all of our roofing needs. As a property management company, we use them for all of our roofing work orders and every time we put in a work order, Charlie and Rodney get back to us same day, get us on their schedule promptly, and always go above and beyond with their customer service. We can not recommend them enough and will continue to use them as our preferred roofing vendor.

While selling our home we found that we needed to replace the entire roof. Called them and they were able to replace the entire roof within the following week so we could meet the closing date. Super responsive and timely with very very good pricing. I wish I could give more stars. They saved the day no doubt.

I have had shingles now LLC out to my home following a storm to repair flashing that was knocked down from the wind. I called right after the storm and they were able to schedule me for that evening to check things out. Rodney was professional, incredibly kind and worked quick. Even went above and beyond to insure the rest of the roof was good to go while he was there!

Fast forward a year later after another crazy storm we had a leak on our back patio roof so called Shingles Now and they didn’t disappoint and still had the same great customer service they did a year ago, not something you see very often anymore! Turns out the storm had caused the seal to bust but shingles now came in and had us leak free in no time!

Chris is awesome. I needed my old houses roof repaired and some vents put in. They did it within the same day of asking. I also got them to replace the entire roof on my new house and barn. They did an amazing job and they were done within 2.5 days. Plus they communicate through text as well as phone calls which is a huge plus for me.

Charlie and his crew replaced my whole roof in a day. The roof is 29 squares with a 12/12 pitch, and the price was unbeatable. He was very upfront and did not beat around the bush with the problems I was having. His crew got the job done, and did a superb job on cleanup. %110 recommend.

Shingles Now did an amazing job inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing my roof leak THE SAME DAY due to an incoming storm that was prepared to bring rain. They worked extremely efficiently. The next day when the storm came, did not even have a hint of a drop inside. Great work, I would highly recommend and use them again 100%

I had some flashing coming off and Charlie explained what I needed and could do to replace and fix the pieces. On top of that he inspected the roof and found a few nails up and gave a quick patch.
