As a business owner for almost 30 years, I have been involved in multiple facility expansions of our various sites. Typically, these expansions have been major additions to existing facilities where it was critical that we maintain operational control and integrity of the main building, while adding on at the same time. With as many contingencies as possible in place for these projects, we have never had a smooth experience due to a variety of issues. With a planned 10,000 square foot expansion of our Lexington facility, I wasn’t sure what to expect this time around. However, when I interviewed Chad Lindler at Chapin Commercial Construction, I was blown away at the detail and methodical approach he took to the planning of our expansion. It was considerably more than what I had experienced in the past. I didn’t bother interviewing any other contractors for the expansion. The entire project from concept to completion was unbelievable in both detail, quality of work, timeliness and most importantly budget. Chad and his team were fantastic to work with at every level. Equally impressive was the array of sub-contractors that were always on time and thorough with the scope of work that had to be completed. I have know Chad for over 8 years. We have done many projects together and I like that he is on time and under budget. If there is a construction issue, then he is reasonable to work with in order to get through the issue.
