They were great from beginning to end. Did a preliminary inspection of my roof for free. Worked my my home insurance. Did a very professional job on the roof. Also had plenty of colors to choose from.

Lake Murray Construction did an excellent job for us from start to finish! We're in West Columbia and needed both roofs on our house and a separate shop to be replaced. Mike Pittman was our contact. Mike explained the process and let us know what to expect. He gave us many options from which to select for our shingles. These shingles are a quality product, and a quality underlayment was used. The shingles were delivered on time as expected. The installation crew also arrived on the day expected and did a fantastic job! Everyone knew their job and performed it very efficiently. After the installation and cleanup, a final inspection was performed by Lake Murray Contruction to ensure the job was finished properly and the nails were picked up. Everyone at this company did what they said and when they said they were going to do it. We would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

My husband and I had our roof done by Lake Murray Construction through Mike Pittman. They did a wonderful job! We’re in Saluda, so it was very nice that they came that far. The process was very smooth and easy to understand! The workers had our roof done in no time! The only complaint I have, is that I would’ve liked to have had the nails picked up a little better. Overall they were great! Definitely recommended!!

Michael/Lake Murray Construction replaced our roof. His crew was professional, respectful, and surprisingly nest, considering they were replacing a roof. We have been very happy with the roofing process. Our roof is beautiful and it was reasonably priced. Had some hail recently along with limbs fall in the roof. Call Lake Murray construction and they came out the next day to do an inspection. Roof looked good so no repairs were needed but really appreciated the promptness

Lake Murray Construction repaired and replaced our roof after a large branch fell and caused several holes. The work was superb and the entire team was friendly and did a great job. The most amazing part of the whole process was the initial call asking for their assistance to immediately repair the holes since it was still raining. It was early afternoon and they went out of their way to get a crew out to the house and make emergency repairs to prevent further damage. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

I had a new roof replacement completed. It looks great and so much better. It is even warmer in my home. The whole process was easy. The manager’s name was David Wright and he was wonderful with helping me through this process. I could tell he was knowledgeable and knew his stuff about roofing because I had done a lot of research regarding roofing. I had numerous roofers come out and some of them needed to update their knowledge on roofing. The crew was kind and proficient with making my new roof. We were provided excellent, professional service as promised. The crew was on time both days and did an awesome job. All debris was cleaned off the property at the completion of the job. The supervisors followed up both days to inspect the work and address any concerns we may have had. I definitely would recommend this company.

We had some storm damage on August 7, 2023. I called LMC to get the repair done.
The owner Eric was very understanding. We found out that my warranty had expired by 30 days. LMC went above and beyond. Eric honored the warranty even though it expired.
That is something you just don’t hear about everyday. The shingles on the my house were discontinued. Sorry I don’t remember the salesman’s name. He did find some that were very very close to matching. Today the roofer showed up early this morning. The roofer was professional. He offered to take the shingles that blew off and throw them away as well as leaving some for any repairs in the future. He made sure that he picked up after himself. I would definitely say give LMC (Lake Murray Construction) a call.

Wow, what a wonderful experience from the time I reached out to Lake Murray Construction when I detected a leak in my ceiling, to the one day install of a new roof less than one week later. Dave Wright and his foreman Naun Aguirre were on the ground the day after I called him to provide an initial assessment of what was needed. The following day Dave had his adjuster by my side to interface with my insurance adjuster. My insurance company agreed to pay for a replacement roof minus the deductible. Dave assisted with the process, and we agreed on a fair price and schedule to complete the work. Naun showed up at first light on schedule with a double crew and completed the job in one day. Very sensitive to doing a quality job and ensuring everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Very friendly and professional team. Amazed at how well everything went. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Lake Murray Construction to assist with your roofing needs.
