Mike explained the process and let us know what to expect. He gave us many options from which to select for our shingles. These shingles are a quality product, and a quality underlayment was used. The shingles were delivered on time as expected. The installation crew also arrived on the day expected and did a fantastic job! Everyone knew their job and performed it very efficiently. After the installation and cleanup, a final inspection was performed by Lake Murray Contruction to ensure the job was finished properly and the nails were picked up. Lake Murray Construction repaired and replaced our roof after a large branch fell and caused several holes. The work was superb and the entire team was friendly and did a great job. The most amazing part of the whole process was the initial call asking for their assistance to immediately repair the holes since it was still raining. It was early afternoon and they went out of their way to get a crew out to the house and make emergency repairs to prevent further damage. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

We were provided excellent, professional service as promised. The crew was on time both days and did an awesome job. All debris was cleaned off the property at the completion of the job. The supervisors followed up both days to inspect the work and address any concerns we may have had. I definitely would recommend this company.

We had some storm damage on August 7, 2023. I called LMC to get the repair done.
The owner Eric was very understanding. We found out that my warranty had expired by 30 days. LMC went above and beyond. Eric honored the warranty even though it expired.
That is something you just don’t hear about everyday. The shingles on the my house were discontinued. Sorry I don’t remember the salesman’s name. He did find some that were very very close to matching. Today the roofer showed up early this morning. The roofer was professional. He offered to take the shingles that blew off and throw them away as well as leaving some for any repairs in the future. He made sure that he picked up after himself. I would definitely say give LMC (Lake Murray Construction) a call.

Wow, what a wonderful experience from the time I reached out to Lake Murray Construction when I detected a leak in my ceiling, to the one day install of a new roof less than one week later. Dave Wright and his foreman Naun Aguirre were on the ground the day after I called him to provide an initial assessment of what was needed. The following day Dave had his adjuster by my side to interface with my insurance adjuster. My insurance company agreed to pay for a replacement roof minus the deductible. Dave assisted with the process, and we agreed on a fair price and schedule to complete the work. Naun showed up at first light on schedule with a double crew and completed the job in one day. Very sensitive to doing a quality job and ensuring everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Very friendly and professional team. Amazed at how well everything went. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Lake Murray Construction to assist with your roofing needs.

Wes Paris from Lake Murray Construction was a joy to work with! We live in Swansea, and he traveled all the way from Chapin to work with us on getting a new roof installed. He did all the necessary legwork to get our insurance company to inspect and approve replacing our 20 year old roof due to some recent hail damage. He was the most professional contractor I believe I've ever worked with, and is extremely kind and personable! He made this task very simple for us. All we had to do was pick out the color for the new shingles. We were able to upgrade to Architectural shingles for a small fee in addition to our deductible, so walked away with a brand new 30-year roof for about what a new roof cost me on a smaller home 30+ years ago, less than $1,500.00 out-of-pocket!!!!! I can't give enough praise to Lake Murray Construction for their personal service and professional work when replacing our home's shingles. Wes guided us through all steps from the initial insurance inspection to completion. The entire experience was stress-free and the new roof looks wonderful. This is not a company that breezes in from another state after a disaster and then moves away. Lake Murray Construction is based in the Irmo - Ballentine - Chapin area and makes it clear that they want the customer to be completely satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I got a recommendation for Lake Murray Construction to do my roof. Dave came over and inspected the roof and told me that it would only last another year or two as it was the original roof about 15 or 16 years old. So I decided to have it replaced now. Although we tried to get the insurance to pay for it, they did not. Dave quoted me an exceptional price for architectural shingles. His crew tore the roof off completely and reshingled all in one day. They were professional, hard-working men and kept everything neat and safe. There was no damage in or out, including bushes and plants. The final cleanup was intensive and actually done twice. Even all the nails, not just in the driveway, but all around in the grass and walkways was picked up. I am extremely happy with Lake Murray Construction and not only would, but have, recommended them to neighbors.

Just had my roof done by Lake Murray Construction and could not be more pleased. Since this involved more than just putting some shingles on the house (had dormer windows removed and additional repairs made , I was a bit hesitant...I didn't need to be! The transition went smoothly and I was kept constantly in the loop by my sales person (Todd Williams) and the project manager (Dave Wright). Now it looks like a new house! Crew arrived early and finished within the day, to include also collecting all of the trash. I'm so pleased that in addition to recommending to my neighbors, I plan on using them again for my parent's roof!

Impressive work done by the Lake Murray Construction team. We were shocked at how quickly they replaced our roof; they began work early and were done by sundown. The team was professional and clean-up was complete except for a few nails found by the Supervisor the following day. Scott approached us about a roof replacement, worked directly with the insurance company and scheduled the work to be done very quickly. We really didn’t have to do a thing.
