Absolutely the best contractor and renovation experience! Johnnie and his team are trustworthy, timely, and they are honest people. Great communication, and they will do an incredible job. I was so pleased - especially having a bad experience with another contractor who was flaky, Johnnie was such a blessing to have work on our home! I also have three littles, and I felt safe the entire time with all the workers at our house. Great experience.

I heard about KHS from a mutual friend at work and my only regret is not hiring them sooner. After a negative experience with another handyman service, I hired KHS for installation of a ring video doorbell and mounting of a large (77in) tv. Tyler did not come on time - he arrived early. He was punctual, extremely professional and knowledgeable about the tasks. Johnnie, his partner, picked up my tv from Best Buy for me in order to squeeze me in a day earlier than discussed. They did a wonderful job mounting the tv and even cleaned up afterwards! I cannot say enough good things about KHS, Tyler and Johnnie and will definitely hire them in the future for any other tasks I need around the house.

My husband and I were introduced to Keen Handyman Services about a little over 3 years ago and have stayed with them ever since. Keens craftsmanship, communication, and quality of their work is outstanding. They have done several projects in my home from replacing ceiling fans, faucets, door knobs, vents on the outside of the house (to keep animals out) to now installing a pergola. Keen’s professionalism and commitment to keeping a good schedule is why my husband continue to use their services. I wish we would have used them for our bathroom Reno. The proposal they provided was detailed and once accepted, they started on the date they provided. Amazing job!! KHS totally transformed my old detached car garage into a beautiful, livable space. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and meticulous attention to detail. Installed flooring, cabinets, tile, countertops, and all the finishings. All the guys were so easy to work with and absolutely take pride in their quality of work. Customer service was beyond compare, they made sure we were happy with the progress every step of the way. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again! Fantastic work!!

I called Keen to hang a number of closet doors (which needed to be trimmed to size and painted), hang a sliding door to concrete, and install a stair skirt. These were projects that were above my skill level. The team impressed me immediately by showing up on time and getting to work quickly. They also explained what they were doing and I was able to weigh in on how I wanted it to look. Overall - everything turned out fantastic! I really appreciate how professional they were and the quality of work provided, as well as the price.

Johnnie and his team were fantastic! We needed French doors hung and framed, and some stair railings updated in our home. They were responsive and worked within our short time frame They did a great job- very meticulous, professional work, and great people as well. I replaced three louvered air vent covers, which were dry rotted and damaged by birds. They did a great job and new covers look great, too.

These guys did a great job for a few repairs needed around my house. I felt they went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied.
They were quick to clean up any mess made from their work and I appreciated this. One particular repair gave them a hard time because it was a difficult to find the right type of door handle for my sliding back door. But after trailing two or three handles they made it work and it turned out great.
What also surprised me was the ingenuity used for one of the repairs. There was a piece of trim along a window that have been snapped. It was Very difficult to just find this one piece of trim they said they would have to contact the manufacturer of the window. However Johnnie was able to manufacture a close replicate with the material he already had and a saw. I was so impressed! This saved time and mone:) It takes somebody with a great deal of experience to recognize how to makeshift a piece from material they already have on hand and I was not charged extra for this.
I felt Keen Handyman Service was fair in their pricing and professional, these are very important factors for me. I highly recommend this well- experienced company for anyone in need of home repairs.

Had complete house flooring redone and Keen Handyman Services did a super professional job. In fact they went out of their way to ensure that the most excellent detailed work was completed even in places that people would not normally view (ie: closet floors and storage closet floors).
