Absolutely careless. They do not clean up after themselves. I found 42 nails in my driveway, my back porch, and my backyard. They also left trash all over the place. I have to rent a metal detector to make sure my dog isn’t going to get impaled by the nails that they didn’t bother to pick up.

The roof looks great! John and the crew made sure it was finished before an oncoming thunderstorm! Everything was cleaned up afterwards! Would recommend to everyone!

The roofing crew was efficient and worked hard to complete the project in less than a day without leaving any mess behind! Everything went well and exceeded my expectations. Back in July we had a tree fall on our roof, putting a hole through it. We contacted Shield Roofing at 10:30pm that night and by 8am the next day they had called and arranged for a crew to remove the very large branch and patch the hole by the end of the day. We didn’t even hear back from other companies until later that evening. The crew removed the tree without damaging our gutters and the supervisor stayed the whole time to make sure that the job was completed safely and without adding additional damage. We were able to work with both Joe and John, the owners of the business, and their customer service was prompt, professional, and friendly. They professionally communicated with both us and our insurance company. The roof is done beautifully and they even were able to add in a vent we needed to keep our attic to code. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and product we received working with Shield Roofing. We will absolutely turn to them again!

When we had wind damage to our roof shingles, I called Shield Roofing and Joe answered the phone and came out the same day to view the damage and give us an estimate. He emailed the estimate bid same day and the repair crew came the next day and made the repair. We were very happy with the service and with the work that was done.
