These guys are super professional and helpful. Came by and took a look at my roof and gave me a recommendation for fixing a leak I had. Would highly recommend.

Had some shingles come off an area of my roof where there was potential for a leak. Called Jeff and he was able to fix the roof and now it looks like it never happened. Shield Roofing is communicative, does great work and prices very competitively. They will be my first call for roofing needs in the future.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof after a tree fell against our house. He was timely, did a perfect job, and even came back out to inspect when I thought there was an issue (the issue turned out to be unrelated), with no additional charge. I would definitely hire him again for any roof work I need done.

Jeff Cable at Shield Roofing can’t be beat. He’s everything you want in a contractor. He’s quick to respond…usually minutes….he’s honest (three years ago he came to my house and told me I still had some life in my roof so I waited), and fair in his pricing. He even recommended I turn the roof into insurance that had previously denied a claim on the roof. He met the adjustor and went up on the roof with him—the roof was fully replaced with only my deductible to pay. If there was a sixth star I’d give it. I checked around and spoke with other companies, got estimates, but in the end Shield earned the business.

When I was in need of a new roof I contacted many contractors and they all seemed to be decent but it was hard to tell them apart. One of the folks I called for a quote came and said he does not do roof installations he only does roof leaks. He said there are so many bad roof contractors in the area that it keeps him busy. He did not want to bid my job since it needed replacing, so I asked him if he recommends anyone? He mentioned Shield Roofing and I asked him why? He said because they are honest and they stand behind their work. That is what turned me to look at Shield Roofing. Anyway not only did they do an excellent job installing my roof for what I think was a great price but the customer service after the fact is what really got me. Jeff never hesitated to address my concerns ever. He also stood behind his warranty, after one of the recent storms I had a small leak and I called Jeff. He was over the next day and checked out the issues and said he it was covered and took care of everything. Never during the warranty fix did he or his team flinch. They were just as excited to fix the small issue under warranty as when they sold me the roof. I highly recommend Jeff and Shield Roofing. You will not go wrong.

Called concerned about storm damage. Shield came out next morning to inspect. On time. Very professional. Got lucky and do not need new roof yet, but when I do I know what company I’m calling again!!

We had an excellent experience all around. Jeff was recommended to us by a previous customer of his and we were thrilled with the results! Jeff was consistently prompt and thorough as was his entire team. We especially appreciated Jeff taking the time to explain the “why” behind his recommendations. With such a larger project it’s also a nice added bonus that he is an independent business owner and family man.

Jeff came out and gave us a quote. He was patient with us because we took a while to get other quotes and make a decision. We are beyond happy we went with his company. He made the process quick and seamless and he is a pleasure to work with. Also his crew did an amazing job and we are very happy with the finished product. We had a lot of wood rot and they replaced everything.

Jeff did a great job and was easy to work with. Helped with working with our insurance company to replace a roof damaged by hail. Jeff even fixed some minor siding issues that previous contract that painted the house did not do correctly and he did this for now extra. Would recommend to anyone in the Fuquay area looking for good, honest work.

The request for an estimate was handled quickly, the work scheduled in short order and the beautiful new roof is now keeping us cool and dry! They did a great job of protecting our plants and property during the deconstruction and reconstruction process. The necessary repairs were done well and thoroughly. And the clean-up was very thorough. No nails or errant shingles to be found. I would highly recommend the team at Shield Roofing!
