Had the best experience with this company. They were so easy to get a hold of during the whole process, made everything so quick and painless, and this was the quickest house repair I've ever had which is amazing considering it was an entire roof replacement. When the job was finished, Ben met me when I got off work and the first words out of his mouth were "I'm so sorry we broke a light beside your garage door and we'll replace it as soon as possible." The light had been broken just this week by a delivery company, but the fact that he so quickly and honestly took responsibility for what he thought they may have done really shows the character of this company. The yard and exterior of the house was spotless and you wouldn't even know work was done by the time I was off work. Everything was completed exactly as was promised. Couldn't recommend enough to anyone needing roof services.
Shield Roofing was a great company to work with. They came out to do a minor repair and noticed we had damage on our roof from a previous hail storm. We notified our insurance company and they sent an adjuster out to inspect. They agreed with Shield that we had substantial damage and needed replacement. Shield worked with us to complete the job while we were out of town to mitigate the inconvenience of having work done while being in the house. They finished on time and the roof was excellent. They cleaned up and you would never know they had been there. We recommended them to several people in the neighborhood who also had damage. They have been very professional and Mike the project manager treated our home like it was his. We would definitely continue to recommend them and use them if needed in the future.
I own quite a few rental properties and these guys have been beyond helpful with all my roof repairs and even helped me file and insurance claim.
