Called to have roof inspected, and needed to start claims process, very prompt on coming out; however rep said they would have a findings report to me that same day, did not receive. Gave him until following Monday and inquired about and was again told would have by end of day. 3 days later nothing. Poor communication. Guess they don’t want or need my business. Honesty and communication is key. Do not recommend.
I had some new gutters installed and some older ones repaired. I was very pleased with the work which was done very well and efficiently. The installers were very courteous and friendly. The total price was very reasonable and I would use them again without hesitation.
