Very disappointed in the workmanship, communication, and professionalism with this company. Roof was done a few years ago and recently noticed water leaking around flashing for the septic vent - water is running down all the way into the crawl space. Roof is still under warranty - company was called 2.5 weeks ago and advised their warranty repair guy would call me. I haven’t heard a thing from them. Followed up today and the owner was extremely rude and hung up on me. Now with rain forecasted for the next 15 days I’m stuck with a roof that’s draining water and no fix. This would have been repaired already had I known they weren’t going to stand behind their work.
