Mark (and his support staff) have been meeting our insurance needs for over 3 decades. If you're a new home owner with at least 2 family vehicles, the combined coverage package price is great!
Through a severe hail storm that attention utterly destroyed our recently purchased house & shop roofs (peeled the shingles off. By grace no holes or leaks) & straifed holes through the east side of our shop building <incoming line of storm flow), the Shelter agents were there in less than a week to assess the damage & we had it all covered & replaced/repaired within 14 days after.
Then, the main house roof started to fail (loose shingles) about a year ago. We'd have been happy if they'd just patched & re-shingled the bare spots.
But they noted the old-new roof was beyond its warranty & totally replaced it again (minus our deductible).
If you're looking for professional service & a timely response to your needs when things arise, I highly recommend them. (Actually 10 )
