They made the quote process and scheduling very easy. Pricing was good compared to the other quotes I received for the same or similar materials. Diana was awesome! They showed up on time and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The roof looks great! I appreciate quality work for a fair price!

Shelter Construction really came thru when I needed it. I had some shingles that got blown off my roof and they were able to come out and repair within 3 days before we got a lot more rain. Other companies were over 3 weeks. Deanna was quick to get me scheduled when I called, and Logan came out ONTIME to look around and he was able to make the repairs at that time. Logan was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will use them again and definitely would recommend them .

Shelter Construction was a lifesaver for me. I found a leak in my garage ceiling and didn’t know where the water was coming from. Logan first came out and didn’t think it was from the roof, but wanted to bring the owner out to do a water test. Two days later they both came back and determined that it was a window seal that had broken and rusted through and allowed the water in. They did find some shingles that needed to be stapled and also fixed an area near the fireplace while they were here.

Shelter Construction is a great company to work with. They provided a fair estimate to replace my roof. They also provided a plan and a schedule for replacement which they completed as stated. I would definitely use them again.

Didn't Know They Were There
I was away when Shelter Construction Roofing did a total replacement of my roof. When I returned, my roof was a new color, professionally done, excellently installed, and exceeded all my expectations. What was missing was any debris, nails, trash, or any other indications that they had been there. During the marketing and scheduling phase, they were responsive, met my deadlines (several months early), and were as helpful as they could possibly be. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Phil and Logan with Shelter Construction removed my old siding and installed new vinyl siding on my house. They did a great job. Both were professional and did a professional installation that was exactly what I wanted. They did what they said that they would do in my contract and Diana kept me informed on when to expect them and how long it may take. The whole team worked together and made the renovation experience a positive one with results that are wonderful. Thank you.

Shelter Construction was one of two firms that we contacted regarding replacement of our roof. The owner came out and gave a thorough, on-site, on-roof inspection of our home. During the 2 days of removing and replacing the roof, the owner worked with his crew and supervised every facet of the job. At the end of each day, our property was left spotless. Both the owner and his wife were knowledgeable, helpful and available from the beginning to the end,;and we couldn't be more pleased with the appearance and quality our new GAF roof. Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Shelter Construction.

Phil and Diana of Shelter Construction worked as a team to get the removal and replacement of my back porch roof completed just one day after I contacted Diana. Since having my porch built two years ago, I have hired four other contractors, all claiming that they could fix the leaks that began not long after it was built. None of them did. But Phil was able to remove the wet existing roof and shingles, install a new, dry roof, and overlay it with EPDM rubber. It hasn’t leaked since! I can’t tell you how miraculous it seems to have a roof that doesn’t leak.
As an aside, Phil and his co-worker hauled everything away and left the area free of debris — also a first, in my experience. This company deserves more than five stars! Recommended highly.

We rcently had the roof on our family beach house in Bethany Beach replaced by Shelter Construction. I can honestly say Phil (owner) was the most honest person to deal with. The project was started and finished just as he said it would be. Phil and his crew cleaned up beautifully! And Phil's wife Diana who handles the scheduling, etc. is just a delight to talk to on the phone. I would highly recommend Shelter Construction for ALL your roofing needs.

I live in the Pocono area in Pa. and have a park model trailer in Fenwick Island De. and needed a roof put on . I have seen Shelters work and was so impressed with the quality and speed at which the work was done so I gave them a call . I can't express how glad I am i did ! From start to finish Diana made herself available at all kinds of crazy hrs to make us happy . From picking out shingles to scheduling the work and keeping in contact with us which to me is very important ! From 200+ miles away this could have been a nightmare but Shelter made it easy and a joy . They sent pictures upon completion and once we got down the pictures didn't do it justice !! The quality is outstanding they cleaned up better than it was before they came and we couldn't be happier . So much so we are having them replace the vinyl siding as well .
