Did a roof replacement after a bad hail storm. They helped handle things with insurance and it was a smooth process. Got the roof finished in two days, no complaints!

Really impressed with the whole experience. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept everything clean around the house throughout the job. The roof turned out amazing, and the new ridge vent they installed not only works great but actually makes the house look better. It came out awesome!

Super friendly people to work with, in person and over the phone. The installation process was seamless and quick and the clean up was immaculate. Adam Casper was efficient and followed through with the insurance to get the roof covered.

I’m pleased with all those who have participated in replacing my roof. I’ve learned the insurance process is slow going. Shelley employees have been responsive when I have called with questions or concerns. The roof looks great and I’m pleased with it. Now if we can get the insurance company moving to rap it all up.

I got my roof done with Shelley last summer. I picked out the roofing color and the drip edge to match the rest of the house. I worked with two salesman back-and-forth, which was confusing and was told by one salesman I could have a certain color of drip edge, and the other that I could. I noticed after they started installing about 10 feet of the drip edge. It was the wrong color. A dark brown, and it was supposed to be a light tan. I immediately called my salesman and told him about it. He assured me they would take care of it. The next day they put the rest of the wrong drip edge color on, but Shelley told me they would make it right. Six months later of back-and-forth, they will not replace the drip edge and only offer to paint it the same color it should’ve been.. I worry it won’t look good and the paint will flake, but they will not put what I ordered on. Everyone is really nice there, but the communication is not very good. I spent a lot of money on this roof and feel like I should’ve got exactly what I ordered. It’s their mistake and they should fix it not make me settle to save them an extra dollar. If you have other options, I would shop around.

It's been really frustrating working with Shelley Construction. The initial work was fine, they scheduled the work to replace our roof and came out as scheduled. That is when the issues started popping up. They left materials sitting in the front of our house for weeks with no communication. If I hadn't reached out asking about getting our gutters in as well (which was covered in the quote/insurance), I don't think it would have happened. Then it was silent from them for 4-5 months. Then I get an invoice that was $3,000 more than what it should have been. Trying to communicate with them has been painful.

We are incredibly happy with Ryan McFayden and the work he did to help us get our new roof. From the first day until the last there was great, consistent and clear communication and up until the last inspection he followed up with us throughout the entire process and came by to make sure we always understood everything happening and was always willing to explain and help. The roofers who came to fix the actual roof were great as well! They made sure to sweep the yard for debris and nails and super professional as well. From start to finish this whole experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we can’t recommend them enough if you need help with your roof.

I worked with Shelley Construction to replace my roof with an insurance claim. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and did great work. I knew what was happening every step of the process. I would definitely work with them again.

Working with the team at Shelley Construction was amazing. From start to finish, they made my job so easy. From working with the insurance to make sure that I got the exact color that I wanted, they were awesome. The crew was friendly and waved at me as I came and went from my house each day and the team that worked on my gutters did an excellent job with them. They even sent someone out after the job was complete to inspect it and make sure everything was the way I wanted it to be before checking the job off. It was easy for me from start to finish and I’m glad I got to work with Shelley!

Update: in response to the owner: I never did business with them. They had one of their workers come pounding on my door trying to sell their service to us. They also have no way to know where I live at. The shirt he had on had this company on it. After how he acted and treated me I will never do business with them!

Came banging on our door trying to sell us stuff. Ignoring our no soliciting sign. When I asked for the license for soliciting he informed me he doesn’t have it on him. He also refused to give his name. Continued to argue with me when I informed him of the soliciting laws telling me that he is not breaking any laws as there are no laws about soliciting.

Shelley Construction was simply the best. The work from start to finish was top quality. They were wonderful communicating with us. They addressed our questions and concerns. We will be using them again.

They did a scrape and complete reshingle of our roof. Very meticulous and worked quickly and efficiently. Price was fair and communications were excellent. Ryan was fantastic and managed every detail professionally. Would recommend to family and friends without reservation.

Parker was great to work with. Had a couple issues with the original install. Parker went to bat and got them all taken care of. Finished job quickly. From the time we signed on to completion was about a week.
