We are at the beginning of the process, so the windows have not yet been installed, but I felt like Mr. Lopez was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd been warned about the need for the new windows (and why) by the inspector during my house purchase, and Mr. Lopez basically said the same things as the inspector had, so I felt confident that he knew what I needed and why. Am looking forward to (hopefully) a more comfortable winter with new windows, and a better summer next year!

David did a great job sharing information about windows and how different features are important.
We liked the fact he didn’t hard sell us we answered questions and gave us options.

I’m so glad that I’ve chosen Cabrera for my walk in shower install. It all started with my meeting with Alexis, who’s professionalism, expertise, and upbeat demeanor helped me decide on all the different options available. She really painted a perfect picture of what the finished product would look like, therefore, I got really excited about the transformation! Then Jim the installer and his team made it all come to fruition! They were adept, personable, and punctual throughout! and very happy to say it went all on budget

We recently had our shower/tub updated and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the start, the design process was smooth and collaborative. Our rep was incredibly helpful, guiding us through both functional and aesthetic options to help us reach our goals. The installation was done professionally and on time. Overall, it’s a great upgrade that added both function and style to the bathroom.

We had a very positive experience getting a new roof quote and working out price options with Alexis. She was very knowledgeable about the state of our current roof and what did and didn't need to be done to better protect our home. After getting a quote with another company, we ended up going with Cabrera because we were sold on their product, knowledge, and warranty. We look forward to our new roof, coming soon - we'll provide updates in a bit.

UPDATE 6/25 - Our roof was scheduled and completed with initial ease. The final cost was a bit more than quoted because the roofers found some fascia boards that needed replacement. The final roof product looked great. However a few weeks later our house painters discovered a rotted barge board that hadn't been replaced. Removing and replacing it would affect the roof shingles underneath, so I contacted Alexis. She immediately jumped on the situation, getting in touch with the roofers and her team, and within a few days the roofers were back out to our place. They removed and replaced the barge board, as well as re-shingled the part of the roof that was affected. And they didn't charge us for the barge board, which I know was due to Alexis going to bat for us. While the initial situation was annoying, Alexis and her great customer service made up for it. This is why we paid more to go with a reputable company like Cabrera. Also, last week I received confirmation from Malarkey that they had receipt of our warranty, as well as all the steps to take in the future should we need to tap into it. All in all, a very positive experience for a product that yes, cost a lot of money, but is key to protecting our home.

Met today with Austin, who was a pleasure to work with. We built an estimate easily and completed the process fairly quickly. We look forward to our experience with the actual siding process in May.

Excited for my new bath, I felt listened to during the sales pitch and was able to focus on nuts and bolts. I’ll be documents the full progress of the project but so far so good.

My interaction with Alexis was superior. In regards to to construction projects that I have done on my home she is one of the very few who listened to me and did what I requested of her.

After dealing with 4 previous companies coming out to do estimates on a roof I already knew needed replaced, Alexis and Drew showed up. I was dreading another ‘sales pitch’, but to my surprise they were like a breath of fresh air. Alexis checked out the roof, and then we got down to talking. They explained the whole procedure and showed me all the parts and pieces that make up a new roof. They were very professional, (great sense of humor), knowledgeable and answered all my questions and some that I didn’t know I had. After a very enjoyable hour or so, I decided to have Cabrera Construction do the roof. They were a bit more expensive than a previous estimate, but they earned my trust. The work is commencing this coming Monday - can’t wait to see the finished product!

Alexis took her time to explain all of our remodeling options and discounts we could qualify for. She was friendly and low pressure.

Tim and Andrew came out to my house for a free roof inspection right before Xmas. They took photos and even got in my attic, both were extremely polite and even offered to take off there shoes! After Tim explained everything to me fully (super easy to understand layman's explanations every step of the way, he was very impressive!!) I decided that they were the guys to fix my roof and I signed the paperwork that day!! They both then came back the next night and Andrew walked us thru all final documents and finance items. Both were still just as friendly and funny as there first visit!! Top notch company with top notch installs! 2 week's later and I just signed my completion paperwork! Both of the guys (Tim/Drew) answered every text and call within the hour, every step of the way, as a new home owner this definitely made me feel like I made the right choice!! The house looks brand new, and both my wife and myself have received multiple compliments on the upgrade! Thank you Tim, Andrew and Cabrera Construction!!

Highly recommend Cabrera Construction. We worked with them a few years ago to replace the siding, windows, and roof on our rental. They did an excellent job, were really reasonably priced vs other quotes we received, and were always transparent with how the costs were calculated. Recently we had a minor leak coming from the flashing around an old vent in the roof and we called them to see if they could help. Even though we're about 6 months outside the warrantee period, they sent someone out same day to fix it for no cost to us. We look forward to using them in the future.

Just met with Alexis W. And she was great to work with. Genuinely kind and understanding. She kept budget in mind the whole time and still walked through great options with me! She really could tell what colors would go great together. I appreciated all her efforts. I’m excited for my new bath! Can’t wait! Let’s go new bath!!

Update-seems like I can’t make a 2nd review! So it’s been 1 week since Cabrera Construction installed my new bath! And it is soooo amazing! It feels like such a luxurious bath. I love it, my son loves it! It really made our holiday season. Thank you so much to Cabrera Construction!

The roofers Jose, Oscar and Piro were great respectful and very cheerful I love it they had my roof stripped down and new one on in 2 days. Very hard working individuals and cleaned everything up didn't even know they were here. The next day the gutter crew came out and ripped down old and put up the new. Issac came to my door and introduced himself and asked if I had any concerns. Old gutters on back of house leaked so I let him know. Issac, Carlos, Oscar and Juan were absolutely wonderful and they too cleaned up.
I would recommend Cabrera Construction to anyone and everyone.

Austin came out in the beginning and made the decision really easy for my grandma to remodel her bathroom. Work was done faster than anticipated, and the guys who were out cleaned up great after themselves! Cabrera was great to work with and I’ll definitely be keeping them in mind in the future!!

After having multiple bids for new Hardie siding for our home, we decided to go with Cabrera. Drew, the representative, was very knowledgeable and personable, did a good job of explaining the details of the installation, and made us feel very comfortable choosing Cabrera as our contractor. We are confident they will do an excellent job and are looking forward to having the work started. We plan to do a follow-up review once the project has been completed.

Contraté a esta compañía para remplazar el tejado de mi casa, por qué ellos vinieron a tocar mi puerta sin haberlos hablado para una cotización previo. Después de que tocaron mi puerta agendamos una cita, llegamos a un acuerdo con lo del precio, firmé el contrato, todo muy bien hasta que empezaron con el trabajo, en eso entonces, apareció el cobro extra por remplazar algunas hojas de plywood, lo cuál pregunté varias veces si encontraban podridas, los reemplazarían, pero sin costo extra sino que eso ya estuviera incluido en el presupuesto, porque ellos ya habían inspeccionando el techo, lo cuál ya contaban con material y dimension para el costo del proyecto y, desde luego en base a eso emiten su presupuesto, por lo que me respondieron y afirmaron que sí incluía.

Pero mi sorpresa fue cuando me hablaron por teléfono diciendo que por el reemplazo de unas hojas de plywood tenía un costo de más de $900 dolares, pero lo que encontré es que no se emplazó más plywood, porque encontré otros podridos y también dañaron una sección de la canaleta de mi casa, como se puede apreciar en las fotos adjunto en esta reseña.

También les hable a la oficina para decirle que los trabajadores dañaron la canaleta, contestó una mujer y me dijo que alguien me iba a hablar para venir a ver lo que estaba reportando, pero hasta la fecha no ha hablado nadie.

Debo aclarar que el trabajo que hicieron los trabajadores en el techo estuvo excelente, así la calidad del material. Daría una calificación de 5 estrella si no se hubiera sucedido lo que describo al comienzo de mi reseña.

Drew came to estimate a siding job at our rental property. He told us right off the bat that most landlords don't want new siding, but he carefully measured and did the estimate anyway. We did decline the siding job, but we told him we wanted to replace five windows on our primary house, so he measured for them, discussed the several options and answered all our questions. We liked the price and Drew's thorough presentation of the contract and warranty and the expected work schedule. Drew was calm and friendly throughout. We are glad to have dealt with him.

Requested a bid for a new roof. Never even got a quote or estimate from the reps who came out. Took half the day off work only to have my time wasted. Week later I received a text at 8:30pm asking if they can come meet at 10am to go over prices. I asked for the rep to email the bid. She declined!! Fact they don’t give you anything in writing or even an estimate proposal makes you question the quality of contractor your doing business with. It was kinda comical that I was told I had to decide that day and they didn’t even give me price. I heard their quality of work was really good.
I’m disappointed that I could not even get a proposal on a 50k project, per other quotes I received.

Excellent company to do business with. Asked for and received a visit/inspection in great time. Agents did a thorough job of inspecting, asking questions, and preparing a quote. The quote was extremely reasonable and covered all the issues the work presented. The agents were low-key, eager, polite, and knowledgeable. The installation crew was efficient, polite, and did excellent work in the agreed upon timeline. I'm very pleased and do not hesitate to recommend Cabrera.

The experience was very good. The crew showed up about 8:30 on April 29th and they were all finished and the waste from the old roof was cleaned up.
We will surely recommend Cabrera Construction to friends, neighbors and family.

Drew Lick has been an EXCEPTIONAL representative of his Company, Cabrera Construction, and for the roofing product and project that I chose. I have received at least nine proposals in 2023 and 2024 for a new roof, so I have seen many types who give the word salesman a bad name. Drew is the VERY RARE salesman, who doesn't even come across as one. He takes time to explain everything thoroughly and answered ALL my myriad questions and concerns. I was able to reach him any time for any residual issues I had. He is such a knowledgeable, and excellent representative for his company and their products. Believe it or not, he even stopped by on the day they started putting on my roof to be sure I didn't have any concerns or outstanding issues. I don't remember that EVER happening before, in any property or other big-ticket items I've purchased in my life.

They found wood panels that needed replacing and placed their superior products on my new roof and rain gutters. I am pleased with the professional job they did and now I have peace of mind I won’t have to worry about roof anymore with its transferrable warranty.

We needed our roof replaced and Robert was our contact he went over everything clearly and explained what should be done gave us options for payment I would recommend them for all your roofing needs. We were surprised to learn what goes into replacing a roof! Great people no surprises!

We knew the roof in our house needed to be changed soon since it was still the original one. However, what we didn’t knew when bought the house is that the attic was painted covering microbial growth and rotten nails… and those signs were passing the paint already. Robert L. did our inspection and noticed it, took pictures and sat down with us to go over options. He showed us the material type that was used on the original roof and the materials their company use. We are glad they came in for a free inspection and that they have monthly payment plan. Otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to update the roof which would have caused more damage to the house and definitely would have cost us more in the near future.

New roof looks good. Weather for the installation period wasn't great so it took far longer than it would have normally but I'm okay with that since the crew worked safely. If I had to pick on something, when the dumpster was hauled away it uncovered a lot of small debris that didn't get cleaned up.
