Not only did they clean the roof with air, not high pressure washing, they hosed down the siding and windows making our house look fresh and clean. They were very polite and courteous and careful of the surrounding plants. Highly recommend

Two of this companies trucks sped thru our neighborhood today. Not only just "going fast" but also sped up going into a culdesac. Thankfully it was during school hours so our usually full of kids culdesac was empty. I did call and express my concerns to the company however they seemed very uninterested in the way thier employees were driving in company trucks.

The Roof Medic crew arrived on time and performed the work as described. The repairs B look great. I highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the professionalism and service of this company. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of communication. Times were not updated so I expected them on a different day.
But, when they arriilved, they were ready and did the work quickly and efficiently.

Very professional roof treatment and gutter cleaning. I get a treatment every other year and my roof is in great condition.

From our first call they have been very helpful, Brenda is great to work with on the phone. Joe is very informative on biding and estimate mating the work that's needed to be done.
We have had The Roof Medic's out twice for work. First in June for a roof cleaning. The crew did a great job removing the moss and treating our roof. They respected our plants near the house and cleaned up all of the blow off from the roof.
Our second job was this week. Joe and Zack replaced all our down spouts, changed the some of the scuppers to 3" for better drainage, resealed a sky light and replaced a leaking vent. Once again, the work was done quickly, and everything was all cleaned up when they were done.

Chris and his guys really were the dream team! From the moment we reached out to Chris, his response time was so fast, which we really needed and appreciated given the roofing emergency we were having. He came over the same day we called and did a detailed and thorough inspection. He was able to explain the problem, and walked me through what our options were. We never felt any pressure or rush from him. He was kind enough to tarp my roof for me so I didn’t have to worry about further damage while all of our supplies were being ordered, which was a HUGE stress relief for me. He had a fast turnaround time once we signed the contract. We also had a spot on our roof/siding area that the previous owner left unsealed, and he was kind enough to fix that issue for us while he was up there. The day the roof was installed, him and his crew really were a well oiled machine! I could not believe the efficiency and speed that they were able to complete the project with. Our total roof replacement was done all in one day. The clean up after the job was immaculate, in fact, I’d say they left my lawn in better shape than they found it! His communication prior to, the day of, and after the job was complete could not have been any better. He was wonderful about explaining every step of the process. He made what was a very stressful situation, much easier. His price was very competitive and we are so happy with the end result. His contract and warranty were very impressive and detailed. He even took some extra time to call my Dad to answer some questions he had. We recommend Chris/The Roof Medic to anyone in need, and have already referred several friends and family members to him as well.

I have been cleaning and contracting my roof to be cleaned since 1992. High pressure water was always the standard medium used, It always seemed to do a good job, but cleanup was always a problem until now! The Roof Medic uses high pressure air for cleaning the moss and debris from my roof. It seemed to have less chance for collecting the moss, pine needles and leaves beneath my roof tiles and it made cleanup of the dry waste materials much easier. I'll be using them again.

So cleaned my roof that was great, was told they would remove gutters and figured that included down spouts, cause I was told it would, having totally gutter replacement, and didn't know if all tiles were replaced but ok people can make there own choice if they want to pick them, i was told it would be ok with them removing gutters and down spouts so make sure you get all that before signing off, so I am figuring iwont get a responds from them and dint know even if this will be posted but just wanted people to know what was said to use thanks

Roof looks great now. Bleaching north side of house looks great after they eliminated the mold and mildew. New skylites will last.
Not cheap, but excellent work like this is worth it. -homeowner

Seen their add for roof cleaning special, decided to schedule an appointment. I’ve had contractors come out for free inspections in the past so I was expecting the usual, you need this and that. I was pleasantly surprised, just an honest quote for the cleaning that I requested, did inform me of chimney cap, of which I was already aware, scheduled the cleaning, crew came out, roof cleaned, treated, done. Yes there is zero moss on the roof now, so if you’re a homeowner like me that just wants the services requested without all the scare tactics that come along with many contractors, then Roof Medic is 5 star.

The two men arrived early to clean my roof did an excellent job. They were very efficient; within two hours the roof was clean, and they were able to collect all the debris that came off the roof and take it away. My roof looks new again.

Good job! We were called when they were on the way so we would be prepared for their arrival. There was so much debris on the roof it filled several bags more than they could take at that time. The leftover bags were picked up the next day! Nice to see a clean roof again.

Good service. But unfortunately they splashed quite a bit of dirt from the gutters onto the side of the house and they missed one of the roof ridges..

Highly recommend this company for roof maintenance as well as roof replacement. I've been using them for a few years to clean and maintain my roof and just had them replace my roof recently. All of the staff and crew were polite and professional. I'm very happy with how the roof came out. Can't recommend them enough.

They were on time, friendly, and explained what they were about to do. They worked on clearing branches off the roof from our fir trees, cleaned the roof and gutters, and cleaned the outside of the gutters. Then they treated the roof to prevent mold. To top it off they washed the siding, windows and my shrubs to avoid damage from the moss treatment. My house looked new again! Wonderful business. Highly-qualified and recommended.

We had 3 bids. Why did we select Roof Medic? Joe, who came out to give us a bid, explained every part of our roof needs. They kept in contact with us throughout the process. They were so professional and cleaned up everything at the end. We already gave Roof Medic cards to some of our friends.

The team did a great job. Keep me up to date by texting me on the arrival time. Explained the process and answered all my questions. It took 3 trips because of the weather but they wanted to make sure that the job was completed correctly. Cleaned up after the job was finished. I’ll be calling them in 2 years to reapply the roof treatment.
