So happy with all the work Andrew and Breanna have done for my home. From the 1st phone message I left I received an immediate response from Andrew. After explaining what I wanted done he had no hesitation though 2 other handyman turned down the job. They go above and beyond in making sure the work is quality and to the home owners satisfaction. I highly recommend Shared Renovations for any remodel, renovation, handyman work.

I received a long list from my city's code enforcement office.........people in my city have nothing better to do than find everything wrong with your property and tell on you! If you have this problem........give SHARED REBOVATIONS & ELECTRIC a call. I spoke with Andrew (the owner) and explained my situation. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the issues and my city's code enforcement department. He came to the house, looked around and measured etc.... He kept in constant contact with me and didn't sugar coat anything. He emailed me a very professional quote on everything I needed done and broke it down job by job! I liked this very much......in this economy who has the cash to drop all at one time on a list of code violations. He was absolutely ok with doing the jobs as I am able to pay for them!!! If you need help with yard, painting, dismantling, electric or any other thing around the outside or inside your house.....give him a call!! He came to do the job this morning and brought his lovely wife and I assume business partner (Breanna) and they were done in a few short hours. He even raked and blew off my walkway (great attention to detail)! I can't say enough about the pair---very personable and funny! They seem to enjoy what they do and being together! Please give them a call soon because I will be telling all my friends about them on Monday......so they maybe pretty busy in the neal future!!

Andrew and Breanna were recommended by my realtor For the extensive amount of work needed for our Florida home after a tenant lift it in shambles almost falling apart. We were in so much distress after seeing our once beautiful home left unlivable! But without hesitation Andrew and Breanna put our minds at ease and began to tackle the mess we felt comfortable leaving our home in their hands since we had to go home to NJ they were there almost every day and pretty much tackled every square inch! The whole house needed work from kitchen renovation to bathrooms, floors basically all of the above! and they did not quit until it was perfect. They made the house brand new again! They were exactly what we needed when we needed them! Andrew always communicated extremely well with what he was working on next and give us a play by play! Andrew and Breanna have been doing a lot of work for me. They have replaced 4 faucets and replaced 10 old sink valves, repaired cracks in the wall, removed ceiling mounted speakers, repaired ceiling water stains from leaks from hurricane damage. Replaced two stool wax rings, took down a very large bathroom wall mirror, repaired wall and put up two mirrors and a with a shelf in between. He put up beadboard on the back of my kitchen island. They are extremely professional, organized, clean and dependable. They know what they’re doing I will always use them for anything I need. There is never a job to big or little they won’t tackle. More than fair on price. Love them!

Never trying to do my own electrical work again. Andrew is my guy from now on. Fair price and clean work.

Andrew worked at our home and we found the whole experience fantastic! He did a very professional job and even a great clean-up after the job. It was nice to deal with someone who cares about their work.
