We had our roof, gutters and a massive window replaced! All 3 crews were fast, friendly, professional. They started and didn't stop till the jobs were done. The roofers didn't even take lunch!! we are extremely happy with the work! Dane went out of his way to make sure everything worked with our schedule. Along with just dealing with some indecisive customers! Great job!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What can I say but WOW! I never expected such great treatment and quality services from a contractor and Shamrock definitely delivered! They were very professional, polite and considerate of the homeowners needs and never wavered once. There roofing and gutter crews were top notch and worked from 6:30am til 8:30pm or as needed to get the work done! There was not one nail found in the yard after they were done and the cleaned up daily. There materials were delivered on time ahead of the crews arriving and excess was picked up promptly after they were done project was finished. The organization and pace of work by all crews was outstanding! I would highly recommend this company and use them again if needed! A shout out to the project manager Cory Spilman and both project foremen, Alex and Juan for their attention to details and quality work! Totally Impessed

Called on a Thursday for a leak, showed me the rotted boards where it's been going on for probably years. Before end of day the next Thursday the roof is replaced. Quick, easy and done! My neighbors watched the work being done and said it was a good quality process.

We suspected our roof sustained hail damage following a storm in 2022. Within 2 days of placing a call to Shamrock, Tom showed up to inspect our roof and confirmed we did have damage. Unfortunately our Insurance Adjuster didn't agree with Shamrock's findings and our claim was denied. Determined to prove our claim was valid Tom and the Shamrock Team guided us through the Insurance appeal process even putting us in touch with an Appraiser who fought to get our claim approved. I am happy to say after 16 months of fighting we now have an awesome new roof! Tom and Shamrock went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you.

Caleb was the project manager and from the start was extremely communicative and responsive. The crew did a great job; I have never seen a roof more carefully removed! I had concerns about a front garden I have and Caleb addressed this very well. During install the crew found carpenters ants and Caleb immediately came over snd we worked through it. The crew was meticulous in their cleanup and I couldn’t tell they had even been there. The roof is stunning and they even came back the next morning to address a few minor details. Caleb at Shamrock did a wonderful job working with me to get a new roof installed after hail damage. The project was more complex due to solar and he was communicative throughout the project, timely, and responsive.

Had a lot of damage both on the roof as well as siding and gutters from the hail storm August 2022. The following day a huge limb gave way from the wind and damaged the north side of my home which included the fireplace. In the days following there were many contractors in the area but Shamrock signs caught my eye. Maybe the Irish angle? Who knows. I called their number and asked for a call back. Heard from Tom O'Neill. He came out and explained options, billing, insurance, etc. Roof was done quickly as were the gutters. Ran into a snag with siding as it was no longer manufactured. A close match was found but it took forever for the manufacturer to get it made and sent. Tom did a great job of keeping me posted through the long process. He always responded to my texts. Siding finally completed a few weeks ago and it looks great. I'm so glad he was there to guide me through hopefully a once in a lifetime situation! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend either Tom or Shamrock Roofing.

The experience working with Shamrock on a roof replacement was excellent all around. The project manager Tom O'Neil came quickly and explained everything to me in detail, both about how the process works and what I would likely pay. They helped me with the insurance claim and scheduled the roof replacement much more rapidly that I had expected. Throughout the process I felt that only the necessary replacements were being done and that I was only paying for things that mattered, which was comforting. The team that came here was fast, efficient, courteous, and did an excellent job cleaning up after the roof replacement was finished.

We got hit by the August 19th 2022 golf ball size hail storm and how. I have some souvenirs in the freezer . They took care of everything. Insurance, materials selection and delivery and installation. The roofing crew was great and finished both buildings before I got home at 3pm. The gutter crew was next (they bring their materials with them) and they were done by 1pm the following Friday. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Olen Lipson was outstanding to work with, regarding damage to our home from a hail/wind storm in August. He explained the entire process regarding working with the claims adjuster and offered advice.

A hail storm came through our neighborhood. We were impressed by how a neighbor's new roof looked and how quickly it was finished. I asked who they used and they said Shamrock. We called and worked with Jai Hughes. He and his crew were fabulous. Jai took care of notifying our insurance carrier, being there when the adjuster came, making sure the materials we received were correct and inspecting the work when it was completed. He was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We have a large roof and his crew completed it in one day. One. Day. Soon after the roof was completed, another crew came to replace the gutters. They did a fantastic job as well. This was our first roof replacement and if I need another roof replacement, I will go straight to Jai.

***This is an update to include Cassie at Shamrock. It won't let me do a separate review. My insurance carrier asked me what kind of shingles I had put on. I contacted Cassie a few times and she was absolutely wonderful each time. She got me the information I needed promptly and was friendly, knowledgeable and caring each time. She is the bomb! I hope Shamrock knows how lucky they are to have Cassie as am employee**
