Shamrock came to my house after a recent storm to inspect my roof and they found a lot of damage. They then assisted us in reaching out to our insurance company to get a claim started. Yesinlla pano and Jacob Oliver were very professional and were able to answer all of our roof and maintenance questions! We are satisfied with our new roof.

I called this company months ago for a disabled client I take care of that really needs his roof fixed. They came out took pictures and looked in the attic it was either a Thursday or a Friday. They said they would get back with us the next week. We never once got a phone call with an estimate or anything. I would give zero stars if I could. Because my client still has a messed up roof that leaks in the house every time it rains.

From day one our manager, Jason Flannery was with us and guided us through the entire process- starting with calling our insurance company for us (and helping us get full approval). Raven Bates came out and inspected my roof for free today to see if I had any wear and tear I wasnt aware of...Luckily Im steal in the clear and dont need a new roof, but he left me his card and I will be contacted him per the next storm we get or at least next year...Thank you sir for your kind words and experience...

I found shamrock through a friend, so I called and Anthony keller came out on a Sunday and he really took his time to help us not only by checking my brothers roof, but by answering all of our questions and concerns I will recommend him to everyone

Jacob was very professional and very articulate about the way the roof was going to be done and all the materials that was going to be used. The roofers in an excellent job on putting the roof up I went up there and inspected it myself LOL. I also realized once the roof was on it actually started making my house feel a little warmer which allowed me to lower my thermostat down a couple of degrees I was very impressed with that. Saw a water leak in my attic so called shammrock...

They came and investigated the issue in a timely manner.

They are very true and honest. They looked at the water leak, inspected my roof completely and reported just a caulking issue without unnecessarily complicating the issue.

Even they helped me fix the caulking that stopped the leak.

I would definitely recommend these folks.
