I am very happy with Halo Inspections. They are very professional, thorough, & communicative. The report is very detailed for my one year inspection. It was received the next day. I highly recommend them. It is also very nice to know that they also assist with community women’s and children’s shelters.

Wow! I’m not sure what I was expecting but I go so much more! The inspection was beyond thorough! The owners/inspectors are professional, personable and both so knowledgeable! I am not selling my house or have any intention, I did the inspection for myself! I have overlooked and put up with the normal wear and tear but there are areas around the house we never see or question until “it doesn’t work!”. Now I have the tools to prioritize and to plan financially! I have and will recommend Halo to everyone.

Thank you so much! You did a great job with the inspection, looking in areas I never would have noticed,pointing out fire hazards, although not probable were possible. I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions in person after your completion as well. I contacted them for a one-year warranty inspection on a new build, and it was absolutely worth the investment. I’m confident their thorough inspection will save me money in the long run.

Poe, a Certified Master Inspector, is an invaluable resource and a wealth of knowledge. He conducted a meticulous inspection, spotting even the smallest details and potential issues. Poe took the time to patiently answer all my questions, explaining everything in clear, easy-to-understand layman’s terms.

The detailed notes and photos they provided were incredibly helpful and served as excellent documentation for the builder. The inspection report itself was well-organized, professionally written, and categorized by the various trades. We're new to Arizona and after a year of renting, wanted to buy a home near work. I looked up home inspectors in the area and was initially impressed with the 5 star rating, but was blown away when I met Brandy and Poe in person! Their attention to detail, their professionalism, how they walked us through everything with the home in a simple (but not condescending!) way was absolutely reassuring and I would recommend Halo for anyone that needs inspections done!

Halo was the top of the list, and they proved that they belonged there. They were very thorough and efficient. I added the IR photography and sewer scope, and I am glad I did. Both identified issues that are best to know now, then after I own it. Halo also gave a great run down on all issues found, and valuable foresight on consequences I repairs are not accomplished.

Halo Inspections came out to do my new build 1 year home inspection. As this was my first home and a new build, I was very nervous and stressing about the whole thing. We got our home inspected not too long ago and had an amazing experience with Halo Inspections. One of the things I really enjoyed was the educating aspect of the inspection. I am a first time home owner and at age 23 do NOT have a ton of knowledge on homes. My husband is slightly more knowledgeable but we are not highly educated on homes and the process of them being built. We were shown things during the inspection and were given tons of helpful information. We even talked about installing a dog door in the wall and he gave us a recommendation on what brand to use (because we just learned that some are better than others when it comes to long term usage in a home).

All in all you will be in amazing hands with this company, they are very informative and helpful. 10/10 would use them again and will recommend them to others!

Halo Home Inspections was a wonderful service and both Brandy and Poe were great. They provided a very thorough inspection and explained things every step of the way about findings well before the report was sent out way (which was extremely fast and we had it within 24 hours). I would definitely suggest giving them a go because of just how in depth the reporting is and because they really did an extremely thorough job of checking everything. For reference, we utilized them for our 11th month inspection to submit to our builder.

I have nothing, but good things to say about my experience with Halo Inspections.

I was able to get on their schedule within days of my initial contact. After inspecting the house, Poe met with me and took me step by step through each issue he found. He explained everything and why it was an issue or potential issue. He spoke in layman's terms and never made me feel uncomfortable asking for further explanation if I deemed it necessary.

I received his full emailed report promptly. It was extremely thorough with full details and photos.

I am buying a newly constructed home, but he saw past the "pretty" and "shiny" that I saw and looked at the function, performance and imperfections. He pointed out things I could have lived in the house for years and never noticed.

It is tempting to forego an inspection, especially on a new build, but the peace of mind it brings is worth the cost. I spent several hundred dollars now versus potentially thousands later or time and aggravation struggling to get the builder to repair things after closing. I can now go to the builder educated and prepared to point things out during my initial walk through.

So yesterday I thought for sure I was throwing money away on this inspection until this dude throws about 15 years of knowledge at me un 30 min not only that it's like he made sure i understood everything while being respectful of everyones time I believe his name was poe or something weird like that but surely this guy's in for a darn promotion or atleast a raise .. see this is customer service at its finest didn't even ask why I came in my socks carrying a dog ... sorry if I got the name wrong though... very throuroull and saved me a darn headache and thousands of dollars

NEVERTHELESS less how someone can be so thorough yet respectful of everyone's time is beyond me , and he breaks it down to where someone like me with not a clue whats going going on shoot I feel like .... I was totally impressed with our home inspection! I had asked on the Maricopa Facebook page for suggestions for a thorough, professional inspector. Many, and I mean MANY people suggested Halo. We hired Halo for inspection on a new build that we are getting ready to close. We are so glad we did as he found things that we didn’t see in our walkthrough the day prior. We love how incredibly thorough he was. Every detail even the small ones. The report was very well laid out with photos and details. We were able to present this report to the new build construction manager for further review and we have it in writing. Will definitely recommend and use in the future.
