Josh from Honey Do This Home Repair was amazing! He answered my call right away and, even with a busy schedule, found time between jobs to stop by and install a wall outlet for our TV. He went above and beyond. He was super helpful, efficient, and friendly. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and easy to work with. We’ll definitely be calling Josh for all our future home repair needs. Awesome guy, excellent service.

Josh came out to change my batteries in my cameras. He arrived on time, was very polite and courteous. This 10 minute task took over an hour due to many unforseen complications (no fault of his). Josh stayed the to make sure my cameras were working properly instead of just changing the batteries and leaving. Really happy with the recent work performed. Had a 240v outlet installed in the garage for EV charging. The install is clean and flawless. Also switched out two outdoor wall sconces that were basic and weathered. Couldn't be happier with the result. They even went out of their way to patch a small exterior stucco area. Scheduling, communication and pricing was excellent. Will 100% be using again for future needs. Highly recommend.

Had Josh come out and take care of a couple of things that I just simply didn’t have time to do. These are projects that have been sitting around a bit. We remodeled the bathroom a few years ago and had a single panel glass screen that literally nobody wanted to install for me. Unless I bought it from them.

Josh of Honey Do This Home Repair was the 3rd contractor I spoke to for a guest bath remodel. My list: new toilet, new mirror, tile 3 1/2 walls in an intricate pattern, install sliding shower doors and new bath hardware. Beyond the bath improvements, I also had various small jobs like hanging a patio curtain rod, garage shelving and fixing a water leak in the garage attic. When I texted hoping for a meet-up and estimate, he called back with an hour. 1st "wow" moment. He showed up when he said he would and actually contacted me to let me know he was on the way. This consideration continued throughout the job which lasted 4 days. Wow #2. He asked if I was satisfied at the end of every day. He left the job site clean every day. He answered right away gave me a quote over the phone(but since it took less time he refused to take the full amount and insisted on a discount since he was able to get it done faster than expected). He saved me from a flooding bathroom overflowing to the hallway making my carpet wet, then even hung a curtain rod in my cement wall and taught me something about what type of drill to use, put in a ceiling fan, mounted a tv and fixed a sliding closet door that I’ve left broken under my bed for months.

I used this company to build my above ground pool and was very pleased. Josh was very professional and friendly as well as all his helpers. I had asked for a hard task to be completed and they got everything done. I had to leave out of town while the work was being done and they sent me pictures of the work being completed each time and stayed in communication with me. I am very pleased of the work that was done and will definitely recommend them to people I know. I have know found a great Handy man service who I will continue to use. Its great knowing I can trust and depend on a company.
I cant wait to get home to Arizona and be able to avoid the heat by taking a dip in my new pool.

update: In leu of me being out of town when I returned I walked into a very unprofessional job. My pool was unleveled and the pool was installed wrong and the liner was bulging and had wrinkles all over the bottom of pool. This was clearly installed incorrectly. When I contacted the company there solution was we can give you $250.00 back and have someone else do it as we cant do it and have other jobs lined up. They didn't even come and drain the pool so that was an added expense for me. I was furious and had to hire a licensed contractor to have this pool taken down and reinstalled. When it was taken down it was informed to me that all parts were damaged that the pool did not go on pavers as explained in video instructions damaging the base of the pool from the weight of the water. I am now out over 8,000.00 dollars. I still have no pool since I am now having to purchase a whole new pool as well as pay another contractor to install. My holidays were ruined and other events scheduled for pool parties this summer. I've endured many other charges to take my family swimming. I would not suggest using this company for anything at all. I am all for people making mistakes but when running and hiding that is not professional. If you take a job and your in over your head you should stop and notify the client. I would have more respect for this company if they had done that. I feel this company took advantage of me knowing I was out of town.
