Brandon and his crew were great to work with, incredibly adaptable as some plans changed throughout my kitchen renovation. Brandon helped navigate working with an architect, designer, and managed all the subcontractors and sequencing of work. His team was thoughtful and thorough in their approach and work ethic. The whole team was considerate of my schedule, space, and accommodated my dogs being in the house during the project. I am so happy with the outcome and the design updates make a huge in the layout of my house.

We recently worked with Brandon and his team for a significant garage renovation project, as well as finishing our basement. While it took some time to get on his project list, once we were in queue, the dedication of his crew was commendable. For six months straight, Brandon's carpenters and subcontractors were on-site daily, working to transform our garage into The Mt Williams Retreat, a space we now rent out to visitors on Airbnb.

Brandon is not just a contractor; he's a client advocate and an ace coordinator. His deep roots in the area provided invaluable insights into local regulations and his extensive network of connections played a significant role in making The Mt Williams Retreat get completed on time. We are grateful for his expertise, guidance, and support throughout the process. In addition to the garage renovation, Brandon also took on the task of finishing our basement.

The experience of renovating a home was a very new experience for me and my family. I had heard several nightmares from family and friends about how certain companies/contractors would prey on people with little experience in this area. My family was extremely fortunate to have been introduced to Brandon and the SFB Construction team.

The SFB team took the time to understand the challenges with our current space and provided thoughtful solutions to transform our home. The team worked hard to make sure there was minimal disruption to our lives and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed of any and all costs and scheduling deadlines.

We have been fortunate to have had SFB Construction renovate and maintain our home for close to 30 years. When we moved here, we fell in love with a charming farmhouse the could be described as a fixer-upper .Since then, SFB has graded, put in soffits, drains, skillfully maintained a slate roof, painted, plastered, renovated bathrooms, installed tile floors, repaired extensive damage from frozen pipes, including repair of pipes, ceiling and walls, then prevented future problems by repairing exterior damage caused by wild life (groundhogs!). Working with Brandon and his team was a wonderful experience from the beginning to end. As a family of four that works and stays at home, him and his entire team were kind, attentive and easy to get along with as our paths were frequently crossing! The team was so kind and patient with our kiddos, a true reflection of who they are as people. Our project came out amazing! Everyone worked quickly but well, explained things to us thoroughly and we felt informed and at ease about what was happening. Brandon and his team are fantastic to work with and tackled our full basement renovation with ease. They handled the inevitable setbacks and challenges gracefully and delivered high-quality work that they clearly all take pride in. Brandon is HIGHLY accessible and flexible and did his best to make sure we got what we were looking for. I'd say he prioritizes responsiveness over detailed planning, so that's something to keep in mind if that's not your tendency. He was a great manager for his subcontractors, stepping in for us to handle some friction and issues with one of them and make sure the end result was solid. Although we were first-time renovators, his pricing and business practices seemed fair, transparent and geared toward getting the best outcome for us. I highly recommend SFB.

I had an emergency window installation needed. It was not just taking out a window and replacing it with the same window it was framing out a whole new window and installing tongue and groove on the wall. They came and did it within 24 hours of me needing the service they showed up On time and stayed till late in the day and then came back and finished it cleaned up and it looks beautiful. Highly recommend them. They are professional and courteous and trustworthy

I needed help repairing some metal flashing along my 2nd story roof edge that had come loose during some high winds. I called Brandon and explained the situation. He called me back within an hour and told me he could fix it at the end of the day. A couple of hours later he texted me a picture of the job already done! He also didn't charge me for the work! Amazing! Would definitely recommend and will definitely use SFB again in the future.

We recently used SFB to do remodeling of our house in Williamstown and were extremely pleased with the final result, the working crew, their contractors (electrician, plumbers etc) and the whole process which was worry-free and went very smoothly. The project included: remodeling of 3 bathrooms, installation of flooring throughout our basement, full inside painting, installing doors/windoows, building closets/bookshelf, mounting TV's etc. We dealt with Brandon Burnham, the owner, who was very professional, easy going, attentive to our needs and always willing to go the extra mile to get things done the way we wanted them. He made sure the project was done within the expected time-frame as well as staying within the estimated budget. The house looks beautiful! Already have talked to Brandon about having him do other work.

Great family business! We had a lot of work to be done after buying our first house. SFB helped with estimates before we bought, then did a great job of communicating and planning for all of the projects when we were ready to make the repairs. If you've had work done in the area before, you know how hard it can be sometimes to even get a call back from contractors.
