We had our basement remodeled and couldn't be happier with our experience with Seven Ridges. Communication from Charles was great, and he had a good solution to every unique problem our old house presented. Everyone who worked on our home was professional and friendly, and the end result looks amazing. I'd recommend Seven Ridges in a heartbeat.

Seven Ridges started working with us in June of 2020 on a pretty ambitious concept: converting our framed-in attic to a full blown, finished living space complete with a playroom/bedroom/closet area. Our project was essentially a new build with them having to construct two new dormers off the back of the house while incorporating all of that seamlessly with the existing roof. I would refer them without a second thought. Charles and his team delivered nothing but professionalism, punctuality, QUALITY, and responsiveness. Beyond their obvious skill and dedication to the work at hand, this company is dedicated to hiring professional, courteous people. You can trust them to do exactly what they say they will. As a mom, I was home with my three young children almost every day when they were working, and we always felt at ease, comfortable, and safe with their employees. In fact our kids miss seeing them.

Charles and his team were impressive from day one. As a realtor, I have dealt with contractors in the past and it's almost like pulling teeth to get them just to show up. They showed up when they said they would and always performed in a top-notch way with their quality. Any suggestions or questions we had were met with a listening ear and Charles would ALWAYS get back to us quickly on his thoughts. One of my biggest things when working with people is having clear, consistent communication and Charles and his team did not disappoint. I would refer them without taking a second's thought!
