I just visited with Melinda about the paving that was completed across from our apartment complex. I relayed how professional the workers were during the completion of the job. She visited with me at length about a small cleanup that will be corrected on Monday. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable during our conversation. We have a long wide driveway. Previously gravel. We contacted several different companies and compared a variety of driveway surfaces before deciding on a business to do the work. Seven Lakes came out, provided an estimate, including the need to remove the stump of a VERY large pine tree that had been removed the year before but were not able to have it ground away in fear of destroying the drive. They not only dug a 7 foot wide, 10 foot hole, to remove the huge stump, but back filled and had the drive started same day. They were conscious of my flower garden as well as the water run off issue that was beginning as a result of the gravel washing away. Communication was easy, they stayed at projected budget, came back & sealed. We are very happy with the results. They were very fair with pricing and I would recommend highly.

This company has stood me up no less than five times. They communicate poorly, and will not respond to your emails, voicemails, etc. They will give every excuse imaginable when six months have passed, and they have not started the job. If you need asphalt in this area, I would suggest using another company.
