Nice place to have in the middle of nowhere, and I have a good experience. The person who helped me

Ace is changing seasons. So a lot of gardening items, plants, bushes, etc. are being changed to the next season.

You know what can ruin a perfectly good well stocked hardware store? Yep.. an unhappy employee. Clearly this older dark haired female didn't want to take my money today with a smile. She was very curt.. unfriendly and rude. Too bad..I won't be back. That's the wonderful thing about competition!

I used to go here but will never do so again after having a worker follow me around like I was a common thief. He asked if I needed help and I politely told him -no-.

Next thing I know he’s watching me from another spot, then followed me to another aisle, and finally as I’m looking at some other items I was going to buy and he stood at the bottom of a ramp watching me.

As I’m checking out I mention this to the cashier who just laughs. So that was it for me. Time to move on to the True Value around the corner. Ace doesn’t get my business anymore.

Spoke to Tom over the phone to see if a product was in stock. He was super friendly and helpful! Going out of his way to personally go check if the item I was looking for was in stock and then recommending me to another location that may carry the product! Thank you so much for your help!

Bought a bit for my cordless drill to screw in some screws on some 10. They had what I needed at a great price.

Very kind and helpful sales team. They didn't have what I was looking for and called around to other stores. So impressed with the customer service.

The staff at the Seven Lakes Ace have always been helpful. They will spend what ever time needed to help and make sure you find what you are looking for and you are satified.

Only thing I can say bad is that if you come in there looking as if you don't Iive in 7 Lakes Gaited Community, some of the workers follow you around the entire time as if they are watching you to see if you are going to steal anything. Can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable.

Was greeted at the door by a very friendly salesman my puppy was welcomed and offered a treat and I was directly led to the item I wanted. Great place to shop!!

The new Garden Center behind the hardware store is lovely, and fairly complete. Good selection of annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables. Hydrangeas, rosemallow, hibiscus, spirea, astilbe. A few roses, including the heirloom climber Lady Banks! Lacks larger shrubs, trees. A selection of house plants, a few succulents in a nice little shop. Overall more spacious, greater variety, attractively laid out.

The staff here were so nice and willing to help me! And the prices are more reasonable than anywhere else!

Great service. The staff deserves all the praise. A little more expensive than a large hardware store like Lowes, but with membership benefits it's totally worth it.

Employees very nice. Patience was needed and we got it, To help with or things for the yard. great place to go and has a lot of beautiful thing's.

I love this Ace, everyone is nice and helpful. I could go everyday, but I'd end up spending way too much. I will go here rather than these bigger stores any day. Only complaint is I was not aware of a military discount and it would have been amazing to know since I spend so much money here. I could have saved some money to put towards other things. ☹ Other than that it's a favorite place of mine. Who doesn't like hardware stores???

I love going here to shop. Everyone is so fantastic and helpful. They have a lot of stuff and they are always willing to walk you right to the product!!

I was looking for a certain item and didn't see it.... so being me , I said out loud,"oh no there sold out"..well an employee in which she was an angel..heard me and said, " oh we gotta have it we sell a lot of it..well ,she looked and didn't see it..so she said ill brb im gonna check the warehouse..well here she came back, holding not 1 gallon of odoban but 2.....I never had such a great experience in any store like I did at ace hardware in seven lakes....thank you to whomever you were..you were a God send..

The new garden center is open and is fabulous. They have indoor and outdoor plants and everything you could imagine needing for your garden.
