Accidents in emergencies happen, I can happen to anybody, and it happened to me… I called this organization, late at night, first thing in the morning and entire crew is at my home, preventing further damage. Tyler and his crew have been wonderful . They have made a bad experience (house flood) less difficult to deal with. They responded immediately and have been on time each day. They have torn up flooring, packed up items, moved items and moved furniture. I could never have done any of this without them. I would highly recommend Servpro of Pinehurst.

I had a unit in my commercial property that had a tenant that was moving out. SERVPRO had Tyler and Micah show up to professionally help move the content for the tenant. They were very kind and helpful. They also helped clean the carpets after everything was removed.

Had a sewer pipe burst in my crawl space. Servpro sent out 2 guys right away to evaluate and clean it up. Micah and Tyler did a great job getting it done so my plumber could safely get under the house to do repairs.

They came out and did the cleaning for my home, I had a few issues after the cleaning but it was resolved in a prompt and courteous manner.

The field crew was OUTSTANDING... they went to great effort to make sure the job was done completely and were very focused on attention to details. The entire project went very well from the initial visit to the completion of the project. I would have scored them higher on the evaluations if I could have. We had them come out and clean out our vents a HVAC system that hadn't been cleaned in years. After water build up in our HVAC system I noticed mold growing on the vents, SERVPRO came out and cleaned everything and ran a disinfectant through the system at the end. The air in my house seems to have improved a lot since then.

Mike, John, and the rest of the team were excellent to work with. They explained their processes in detail and ensured there were no questions. We walked through the house daily to see what had been accomplished and what the next step was in the process.

They came almost instantly to get started at my Pastor's house to dry up the water damage from a leaking hot water heater.

They were quick to respond at all times, continuously gave us updates/professional recommendations, and their team was able to take pictures of the water damage to send to the insurance company. I never wish a water disaster on anyone, but if it happens to your property, I would recommend SERVPRO of Pinehurst every time!

Will, Micah, Wes and the entire crew at ServPro here in the Sandhills are terrific. They have helped us remediate crawl space issues at three of our houses. A couple had to have mold removed, one needed a new vapor barrier, and one had some water intrusion, but regardless of the problem they were there to help quickly and their prices were quite reasonable.

Our area is fortunate to have such a dedicated team of professionals, since crawl space issues are a fact of life in this part of North Carolina.
