Both ladies walked me through the process and assured me that they would be with me every step of the way. They both went above and beyond to make sure my stress level stayed at a minimum. At the end, Jessica walked me through the process of paying my bill and really made it seem simple. I cant thank these ladies enough

Chris Williams was the ServPro Representative that worked on my property. He was very professional in each and every interaction. He communicated directly with me through every step of the process, so I always knew what to expect and what the next steps would be. He was quick to respond anytime I had a question, and did so so in a friendly and polite manner. His main concern was doing his job completely and correctly so our property could be restored as soon as possible. We did meet some challenges and holdups dealing with an insurance adjuster. Which Chris navigated with grace. I appreciated him and his crew, Korie Hambie, for the work they did on my home. And would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service.

I recently had a flood in my basement thanks to a broken pipe. Four inches of water throughout the basement! I called SERVPRO of West Forsyth and they responded quickly. JC was the Mitigation Manager and he and the other fellows who helped me were just great. Got all the water pumped out and efficiently handled all the related mitigation tasks such as setting their equipment, doing necessary demo, and hauling away everything that had to go. I highly recommend them!

Had a leak under my sink and called servpro to come remove the damage. Brandon done a great job, he was friendly, punctual, and made me feel reassured that he got all the damaged floor out of the way.

Called re water damage to carpet and JC and CJ were at my home in a couple of hours and assessed the situation and informed me of two options that I could choose. I had a toilet overflow that caused flooding into multiple rooms in my house and through a ceiling into the garage. It was traumatic to say the least and I didn’t know what to do. My insurance sent the lead to ServPro but they were quick to respond (within 45 minutes) and William was at my house the same day to assess the damage and start mitigation. Over the course of the next 4-5 days William and JC did a great job with demo and mitigation. They were so nice, prompt and answered all my questions. I felt very well taken care of and in good hands. No complaints here. Thank you guys!!

We had a kitchen fire in October 2023. I had no idea who would be coming in my home and if they could be trusted. Pro Service was who our insurance company sent us. The company overall is a great service to use. Very professional and reasonably priced and the quality of their work is exceptional. I had a bad water supply leak underneath my house for who knows how long. The framing and base floor was soaked and growing mold from my laundry room to the garage. William, DJ, Joe, Jack, JC, and Spencer all jumped into action quick to remove the insulation and drywall to clean and dry everything up. DJ and Willie worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure that everything got covered by my policy. I can't thank theses guys enough for their help.

The whole team is professional experienced friendly quick and will help you with any question you might have. They also deal with the insurance people which is a plus.

My house flooded due to a toilet supply line bursting. The entire team with ServPro was absolutely amazing thru the entire process. The owner even stopped by on a few occasions to check on the progress and to make sure I was doing okay and understood the process! I never want anything like this to happen again but if it should they will be my first call!

Servpro did such a great job on my roof replacement and went above and beyond when I had an issue with plant debris that started growing in my gutters months after the work had been completed. I know they were not the cause of the growth occurring in my gutter, but I didn't have a way to get high enough to take care of it myself. Joe Watson came over after 5:00 pm and graciously inspected the issue, got up on a tall ladder, removed gutter guards and all the plant debris that had started growing. He also flushed the gutter to make sure the gutter was draining properly. Great service. Thank you Joe!

James Otterberg was incredible to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys! My 3 story condo sustained a fire sprinkler bust in the attic which as you can imagine turned the place into a total gut job. James and crew got to the unit very soon after the damage and start remediation immediately. I live out of town so was not able to oversee the reconstruction piece of project. But, James kept me informed every couple weeks or anytime I called which gave me such a peace of mind. You couldn't find a more knowledgeable person. In my estimation, he finished ahead of schedule and the place look brand new! Above and beyond!

Definitely the most amazing and truth worthy group around. DJ was amazing and helped me out is such a terrible situation on a last minute panicked call. He made it know to me everything he was doing and put me in contact with James his boss. AMAZING... Truly such an awesome company that cares for values and reputation over cost of a job. They were very quick to respond. They came out and pulled up carpet and removed damaged furniture. Everyone was very professional, they placed several fans to dry up my basement. They came by everyday to check on the progress. I would definitely use them if I needed them in the future.

William and his team are AWESOME! They kept us informed of every step. We had water damage and mold relating to a leaking pipe in our upstairs bathroom that also created damage to our dining room ceiling and flooring below. These guys are the best around and we highly recommend them. By the way, they can do the rebuild as well.

Joe Watson and Spencer Logan of Servpro of West Forsyth came out as soon as I called late evening regarding water damage that resulted from an overflow of the main drain pipe my washing machine drains into. I had water everywhere on the second floor, and the water had leaked through the ceiling into my first floor. They immediately and professionally cleaned up the excess water and set up the fans and dehumidifier to dry the water. My insurance company was in touch with Joe and Servpro, and due to all his work and knowledge, the insurance process was seamless, and I'm well on my way to getting things restored as they were. I'm highly thankful to Joe and Spencer of Servpro of West Forsyth for coming out late that evening. Their professionalism and knowledge put my wife and my worries at ease. Had water coming out for about an hour. The guys around here very very quickly and got to work. Will was a fantastic team leader but they were all very good indeed. Made sure that there was no wet spots. I’m really glad we used them

Serv Pro was a blessing. They came and helped after a 50 ft. tree fell on our house just before the first snow fall of the season.They removed carpets and dry wall that was affected by water damage or destroyed by the tree. They saved as much of the cabinet doors that they could. We had electrical issues and they brought in generators to dry out the house and prevent mold. They winterized the bathrooms for us to prevent pipe damage with the cold weather. They also drained the water heater to save us from plumbing issues. Trey and Keith treated our belongings as if they were their own. Very pleased with their services and would recommend their services to others.

Will and the guys who responded to our house were outstanding. The response time the day of the incident was very fast. When the team got here they were very fast and efficient in the clean up and removal of soiled items from the house. Will & junior we're absolutely wonderful, they got a long term dishwasher leak cleaned up and dried out. They were great with communication, and found an excellent contractor to remove and rebuild my sink cabinet. I was only without a sink in the kitchen for one day! Robyn, their manager called me every day to keep me updated on the process and they worked with my home insurance to get it all covered and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them to anyone with clean up needs!!

Recently my home was flooded by a bursted water line. I called ServPro and they arrived within a couple hours and began the cleanup and drying out process. Their field tech, Will was very knowledgeable and professional. Robyn was sure to keep me updated a couple times a day on the progress and the overall process. They even came out when the ins adjuster came for his inspection. Without ServPro I don’t think this whole process would have gone as easily as it did. HIGHLY recommended.

Wow! Jeff and Alberto came out to our house late in the evening after our washing machine flooded the house. They were so professional and really knew their stuff. It really made me feel at ease to have such knowledgable professionals helping us out, and I’m so impressed that they came out after hours! Our issue began on a Sunday night in mid-August, when I woke up at 1:00 am and abruptly realized that we had a main water line break. Turning off the main shutoff wasn’t any help, as the break was before my main shutoff, and was in the middle of my wall. By the time I got it turned off at the street, we had 80% of our lower level standing in water. I was given a couple of companies by my Insurance, and just happened to pick Servpro – which I am now glad that I did! Early Monday Morning, Michael Watson, Jeff Williams and crew were at the house ready to start the mitigation process. The sheer amount of water caused the mitigation process to go longer than expected, so, for the better part of a week, I had numerous fans and dehumidifiers going 24/7. The Team’s knowledge allowed them to understand that the process needed to continue until all areas were dry. The team was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Being somewhat new to North Carolina, I am not familiar with any contractors in the area, so I opted to hire Servpro to be my restoration company as well. There were a few little hiccups along the way, but probably more misunderstandings than anything. The main goal was to have my house put back together as good, or better than it was, and that goal was ultimately accomplished. With Servpro leading the way, they had Ward Interior as the painting company. They couldn’t have made a better decision – Chris, Brian, Greg were awesome to work with, very professional, and probably some of the best at what they do! I couldn’t have been more pleased. Servpro then had Got You Floored for my flooring needs. Again, the crew was extremely professional, and a shout out to Anthony and crew. I didn’t get to know them as well as my painters, as they were able to re-floor my entire lower level in about 2 days. Awesome quality work, and much appreciated. From mitigation through estimating and finally restoration, Jeff Meadows, and his team, as well as the 2 other companies contracted out, it was nice to not have to worry about things, and have faith they would get done. Thanks again to all of the crews involved! I hope I never have the need again, but if so – I wouldn’t hesitate to go the same route.

I would highly recommend SERVPRO of West Forsyth. Last year on Easter Sunday I thought it would be the perfect day to hose off the lawn furniture for the spring. While the weather that day was warm, I didn’t realize that the cold winter had cracked one of my pipes. After I finished with the furniture, I came into my finished basement to find water pouring out of the ceiling. SERVPRO West Forsyth was our second call (after our insurance agent) and the call was returned promptly. They then had a team to our house that same day (did I mention it was Easter Sunday??) and the team immediately got to work. After a few days of methodically drying out and some repair work, they had our basement looking as though nothing had ever happened. I can’t thank the team enough for the professional and thorough work they did for us.

Servpro did a great job cleaning water and mildew out of a basement on a rental property for us. The price was fair and the workers were prompt, courteous and thorough.

I highly recommend, and have a tremendous amount of gratitude for the SERVPRO West team. Michael, Jeff and their team of professionals helped us during a difficult time, cleaning up after smoke damage to the first floor of our home. To start, they were available very quickly to perform an evaluation late on a Friday afternoon to determine if we should stay in our house over the weekend. The recommendation to not stay in the house allowed our insurance company to relocate us to a local hotel, which saved us a great deal of time and anguish.

They then worked closely with our insurance agent before proceeding with cleaning to ensure that their services would be covered by insurance. The team efficiently cleaned all rooms on the first floor from floor to ceiling, determined what food in our pantry was still good and itemized food that had to be thrown away but was reimbursable by insurance. They cleaned our upholstery and rugs, cleaned out our cabinets and bookshelves, and handled everything with care. They even handled additional off-site cleaning for musical instruments and equipment.

As important as their professionalism was, the SERVPRO West team was also very comforting to our family and reassured us that they would get everything back to normal as quickly as possible. In addition, the SERVPRO cleaning method and products really work, as we have had no lingering smoke smells or damage. All in all, it was a great experience during a difficult time, in large part thanks to the professional team at SERVPRO West!

This July my husband and I came home from vacation to our spare bedroom ceiling on the floor of our home which we had just accepted an offer for sale on! To say the least we were stressed to the max wondering what in the world we were going to do with a pending closing and water pouring from the ceiling. I had a house fire I on October 29, 2018 - They lied from the beginning- The owner did not have license to do my job - got a contractor to sign on Feb 13, 2019 so he could work under his license. Renovation costs $181,000. This is the worst company I have ever seen -they do not know how to set priorities! Move in date was 5/21/19 and pulled workers off my job- Bullied me to pay him July 31,2019 the final payment when 2 items were not completed- I am a disabled, older adult, diagnosed with breast cancer in May of this year -owner let all my belongings be brought into house that cabinets had sawdust in-,no shelves and clothes racks in closets , no curtain. Hardwire up , no doorknob on Bathroom door , and no railing on the 13 steps going to my den down stairs ! I could go on for long time !! Do Not RECOMMEND!

Terry and Mitchell came out to clean up a basement bathroom and adjoining room after I had a backup in the shower and LOTS of sewage flooding both rooms. Not only did they clean and disinfect, but tested to see where I may have mold problems in the future. They were very considerate and professional, and I would recommend them for any kind of job like this.
