We had a water leak in our basement that had gone on for a few months, which we were blissfully unaware of. After we had the pipe fixed, we called Servpro. Josh responded to our initial call quickly and made arrangements to come by our house right away to check the extent and urgency of our water damage. He explained options and worked with our budget to come up with a solution that worked for everyone, then Greyson followed up just two days later with the remediation. Greyson was very thorough and explained everything after the service was complete, even explaining our next steps so we weren't left in the dark. I appreciated that they used plant-based spray, as I have three dogs and the damage was in my office, just 10 feet from where I sit. Thank you so much for your quick turnaround and care, Josh and Greyson!

Josh with serv pro did a great job of working with our insurance and coordinating several contractors from our area to fix water damage in our roof and ceiling. We came across a few complications from the way our house was built, and Kendall, who did the inside repairs navigated through them in a very efficient manner. He was professional and courteous and got the job done very quickly so we could get our living room back.
We had a site that needed to get cleaned up on short notice. Jack and Tim showed up within the hour and were kind, thorough and very professional. Highly recommend.

Servpro responded quickly to a water break that we had in our home. They sucked the standing water up, established and monitored fans and dehumidifiers, and removed drywall from a ceiling. I appreciated their prompt help.

I wouldn't do business with this company because they are dishonest, unprofessional and hard to work with. I asked for an itemized bill for mitigation part and you would think I asked the most complicated question ever. When I got it I had to call the project manager and call him out on stuff I was billed for that never happened. He then corrected the bill knowing stuff was truly not done they had billed for, almost $1000.00 error. Then I asked for an itemized bill for the plumbing piece. Still haven't gotten one months later. I am sure they are trying to bill me for an after hour call where the staff removing the flooring accidently cut so far through floor they cut into pipes below and pipes had to be replaced. This is not my responsibility nor should I have to pay an after hours call. I did try to work with billing also to try to get an itemized bill to no avail. Then I got a bill in red pen saying late fees would be added if not paid the very next day. I would easily pay what is true and correct if I could just review the bill instead of paying blindly. I'm sure most people just have their insurance pay allowing servepro to overbill incorrectly and be dishonest.
I recently had a better review so it’s terrible I have to take back what I said because I had a pleasant experience with the team that came to my home. I had issues with project management and Janet at their billing dept. The management of my case was really unorganized, A lot of times not getting calls back from project manager or not getting my emails answered. I had issues with workers showing up when they said they were going to be at my home. When it came to billing my home insurance company, it was very unorganized and charges that weren’t recognized. When I received an extra bill for $1000 after I received notice that home insurance had paid our bill in full from Servpros and I questioned them, I was not given an answer. I was yelled at by Janet to pay the bill because it’s 2 months past due. When I asked her to explain it, she said “for example, If we are replacing your cabinets and you ask for different cabinet Then there is a charge for that. WELL we didn’t get any extra work and she wouldn’t even let me explain why I was questioning it since we only had flood flooring removal! Nothing new or nothing replaced by them. I also had plumbing charges and they did no plumbing for me. An outside plumber was brought in and we had to pay that plumber directly. I asked for an itemized receipt and was told it was already paid for by my insurance company and it didn’t matter. Janet talked over and yelled at me and told me it wasn’t her fault that I didn’t understand her example that didn’t pertain to my situation at all. I asked her at one point why she was yelling and she said because I was and I was not, I was talking firmly because she would not give me a direct answer. She was terrible and was obviously avoiding my direct questions. I would not recommend them to anyone after dealing with their unorganized and unprofessional billing department. I work for pharmaceutical insurance and would never conduct myself to a customer in such a manner. She should be ashamed and so should Servpros. Next is attorney general …

I want to Thank Servpro for resolving our window leak. They took out both picture windows to reseal them, removed damaged dry wall and replastered, textured
painted and rebuilt a window sill. Special Thank you to Jason. He went above and beyond. Very meticulous and shows care in the job he does. In 8 / 2024 we hired Servpro to mitigate mold in our attic. The initial team left several large stains but took false photos of our attic in spots that did not have mold to make it appear they fixed the problem. We discovered the issue and they sent a new team to actually remediate. At this point, they broke several lights, a bathroom fan and the ceiling Sheetrock. The problem was still not resolved so they recommended a tape test. The technician from the company that performed the test said he “agreed with John (the project manager) that the employees were probably
lying” because it did not appear to have been sprayed at all. The report says this is NOT an appropriate test to determine if the mold was successfully remediated. We paid the bill in full except for the incorrect test. (There was no discount for the damage they did and poorly repaired after almost 2 months- they also
tried to charge us for the repair work.) We refused to pay for the inappropriate test and repair work. We emailed several times without a response. They said the only way to actually remediate was to do a much more expensive process than we were initially quoted which we refused. Now we have a bill threatening to send us to collections. I called last week and spoke to someone who said she didn’t know what she could do except talk to the owners. This entire situation feels like a scam to steal our money and continue upcharging for poor service.
The finished section of my basement was ruined by a sewer back up. Servpro has been great to work with. Today Chris M. and his crew —Austin, Kaden, Ralph and Ryan —took care of the demolition. They were quick and left no debris. So far I can only say positive things about Servpro.
Servpro just completed the work to repair the water leak in the basement. The entire team was great, but I want to give a special recommendation for Jason, who did the reconstruction. He was here for seven days, was on time every day, and went right to work. My husband is a contractor also, so he could tell that Jason knew what he was doing, and that the quality of his work was excellent, especially considering that he did the drywall, finish carpentry and the painting. Jason was respectful of our property, and honestly, we enjoyed having him in our home. Big shout out!!

Jason and Chris with the reconstruction division were amazing. They helped fix an issue in my shower that was starting to surface after some work was done. Last weekend our entire basement flooded due to snow melt and rain. Tons of people in the region flooded and we were worried that with so many clients calling, it would take a day or more to be seen. Tim and his crew showed up within an hour and a half of our call, although we were originally told it could be a days wait. They got to work quickly, removing inches of standing water and getting everything dried out. Two days later, Ken provided excellent service with our asbestos testing, and our project manager, Tyler, explained what was going on every step of the way. Tim and Jack came back out to close out our case, gather their gear and were an absolute dream to work with.

I had a very extensive water problem when the water valve to a toilet burst out of the wall. Called the insurance company and they gave me two choices for clean up and I chose Serv Pro. They were here within the hour and did a super night of cleaning up. Took over 9 hours. Set up fans and dehumidifiers. 5 stars to Tim and Gordon. They worked their backsides off. Another 5 stars for Tyler Knight, the man in charge of the crews, came out that night also and has done a fantastic job at covering all the areas to be dealt with. He keeps in touch to let me know the necessary steps and procedures for this project. I am very grateful to him and he even handles the insurance claim. Ken Kelley, the asbestos testing technician plus was so nice and he explained alot to me. 5 stars from me. Yesterday the moving people came to clear out stuff in two rooms that were damaged. Had a flood in my condo, Jason took the lead and hit his crew to work. Needed electricians, plumbers and drywall work along with mold remediation. DON'T USE SERVPRO FOR ANY HOME INCIDENT OR DISASTER RECOVERY. 50 GRAND TO REBUILD MY DOWNSTAIRS AFTER A FLOODING INCIDENT IN 2023. TOOK THEM 6 MONTHS +...THEY INSTALLED 5/8" SHEETROCK AND PROCEEDED TO USE SCREW IN ANCHORS (IN 5/8") INSTEAD OF BUTTERFLY ANCHORS FOR ALL MY SHELVING...AND NOW WELL PAST THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY. IT WAS SUBSTANDARD INSTALLATION. FOUR OF MY SHELVES PULLED LOOSE. SHELVING SHOULD BE GOOD FOR A WHOLE LOT LONGER THAN ONE YEAR. ME AND MY BAD BACK ARE DOING IT. THEY COULD HAVE SENT SOMEBODY OUT FOR HALF A DAY. MATT WITH SERVPRO SAID NO GO. DON'T USE SERVPRO!!!!! I WONDER IF THEY OVERCHARGED THE INSURANCE FOR 5/8" INSTEAD OF 3/4" SHEETROCK.

I had a house fire on Easter Sunday last year. SERVPRO to the rescue! They have restored my house to even better than before. Huge kudos to my project manager Jason. Was always available to answer my calls and questions.
I placed a call to ServPro about 9pm on the night our hot water tank flooded our basement. They offered to send someone out that evening, but we opted to have them come out the next day.
Josh, the Project Manager, called at 7:30am the next morning and arrived at 8am to assess the situation. Josh was very thorough going over the estimate and "plan of attack". The next morning Mac and Heather showed up and spent the next 2 1/2 - 3 hours moving some of the heavier objects (my husband had a stroke recently and wasn't able to do a lot of heavy lifting) and setting up 24 blowers and 3 humidifiers. They explained that someone would be checking back with us on a daily basis to check on the progress. Clayton and Jack came back the next couple of days checking the progress and said things were looking good. Two days later everything had dried out and Mac and Heather arrived to pick up their equipment. No drywall had to be replaced, and we are waiting to hear from the insurance company about the carpeting.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with the response and service from ServPro and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises (which I hope it doesn't).
