When my 2nd floor vanity sink leaked, I was not at home. When I returned from work I found my bathroom, kitchen, and basement soaking wet. The team from Somerset Servpro were fast and courteous and helped make a terrible situation as good as it could be. The cleanup and drying went well, and working with my insurance company they were able to put my house back together in time for a family birthday. Even though this is not a call you want to have to make, Servpro Somerset was totally professional and helped get me back in my feet.

Very unorganized. No communication and the work leaves a lot to be desired. My dry wall is terrible. You can see nails and marks everywhere many people that come to our home have commented on the poor workmanship. We had a house fire and just wanted to get back home. We now wish we would have waited for a contractor to be available with a better reputation. After talking to our bank,insurance man and even our neighbor across the street where they cleaned up after a flood we realize we should have waited. The result would have been better. The workers are pleasant is really the only positive I can give.
