The ServePro representative Shawn Brothers did an excellent job walking us through the entire process when our 2nd floor master bath flooded, even causing severe damage to the ceiling of the first floor and kitchen. Sean was thorough, had a great customer service demeanor, and answered all our questions no matter how many we had. The service team afterwards was ok; we feel the machines may have been running a day or 2 more than needed, but either way, the work was completed with care.

SERVPRO handled our bathroom water damage very professionally. Their staff are reassuring and knowledgeable. Tyler, Eric, Nick, Shawn and Jenna were who we specifically worked with. Very happy with their service!

We worked with Servpro to assess and repair water damage in our home and they were excellent to work with! From the initial estimate, through water mitigation and repairs, everyone we worked with as Servpro was professional, responsive, and helpful. Eric handled the initial estimate and drying process-- he was very communicative, knowledgeable, and explained everything really well. Eric, Nick, Gigi, Maria, and Maria all helped with moving our furniture in and out before/after repairs and they were impressively organized and efficient! We had a great experience working with Servpro and would recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage in their home. They took a lot of stress out of an inherently stressful process!

Bathroom leak found and called them by 5pm and they were here by 645pm

They came and were johnny on the spot!! They came in and had equipment setup and all the wet and damaged removed

A terrible situation was made much easier because of the ServPro team including Shawn, Eric, Noah, Jay & Justin. I couldn’t have done as well without their expertise, but most of all, their kindness and consideration for my comfort throughout the mitigation process. They all get A+’s!

This company totally scammed me out of $150.00! They sent an estimator who said I would have an estimate in 24 hours. It was 4 full days later before I received it. The guy who did the estimate said he sent it on Thursday. The lady in the office said it was Friday. I didn't get it until Monday after I called & emailed repeatedly. Then, even though I said I was in a hurry when I first called, they said it would be another 11 days before they could get to me! I would never have used this company if they were truthful about their time lines & told me I'd have to wait 15 days for service. Then they refused to refund my $150.00 even though they had misled me about their service. Also, the owner of this franchise has refused to talk to me about this.

Tomas, Jose, and Luis did a good job ,they were very professional and helpful and did the job in a timely manner. We had a leak in the living room ceiling.

After a home-flooding catastrophe, Servpro jumped in quickly and remained clear and professional throughout the entire demolition and drying process. They we're incredibly helpful in ensuring I understood both the home restoration process as well as how I could work with my insurance. Servpro came to my aid within 2 hours of my call. They were very professional and explained every step of the process. During the week they were drying my kitchen floor, they called every morning to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time each day, did their checks, and left. When they removed the damaged hardwoods, they did it neatly and quickly. I highly recommend Servpro of Lee and South Chatham.

I had a bathroom toilet back up causing the bathroom to get flooded with sewage water and other stuff you don't want to hear about. Servpro had a person who lived close by come straight to my house to help clean up and mitigate the toilet water. Another employee showed up with drying equipment, after we removed the affected material. I felt so bad because they got soak in that contaminated water but they were absolute all stars throughout the process.

Everyone from Servpro from the first call to the final follow up call was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was very friendly without sacrificing professionalism. They went into action immediately. Eric especially was very knowledgable and efficient in his communication, keeping very calm yet informative in what would have been a very stressful situation. Eric and his entire team conducted themselves very professionally and were very respectful in our home, offering to wear shoe coverings without being asked. It's the extra detail that make a company go from ordinary to extraordinary. Spent weeks looking for someone to fix water damage and mold removal on the ceiling in my house. Called different places without results. They either never returned my calls or told me they would come and never did. Found Servpro by chance on Google. SO GLAD I DID! Called them Thursday, they scheduled to come on Friday for the initial assessment, and fixed the problem on Tuesday. This was the weekend of the 4th of July (the 4th was on Monday). Very professional, respectful, polite, easy to talk to, and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Ryan came over quickly and assessed the damage, started drying the area and under the house, removed damaged materials without leaving a mess, and accommodated my work schedule. He was also very helpful explaining timelines of events, insurance coverage as I had never used my insurance for other issues, and finding professional contractors who did a fabulous job remodeling the bathroom. I had a fire at my home several months ago and ServePro of Lee & South Chatham Counties really stepped up to the task. They packed up and removed all the contents inside my house. In addition, the reconstruction process went fairly quickly. Once that was completed, my contents were moved back in-house. Servpro did an excellent job cleaning our Library's carpeting and upholstered furniture! Even though these furnishing are almost 10 yrs old, the end results were noticeable! My experience started with Allison and she was great. Allison got me in touch with the owner Luke. Both Allison and Luke met me on the job site which was nearly 20, 000 sq. ft. of carpet cleaning and nearly 75 office chairs/furniture in a commercial space which happens to be a Library. Luke made all his measurements and kept me informed of the process and even worked it out to do the job on a Sunday. I also met with his Technician Ryan a few days before the job to go over the project. On the day of the job it was all hands on deck. Luke was working just as hard as the other guys on the project. Ryan and the rest of his crew did a fantastic job and very professional as well. The space looks new again. I couldn't have ask for a better group of people to work with. Will definitely be using this company in the future. You guys are great.

Servpro did an amazing job helping restore a building for East Chatham Baseball Little League. Between mold remediation and cleaning, the building that hasn't been used in over 10 years looks almost brand new. Luke and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. The quote was fair and they even came back to do more when they weren't satisfied. I would highly recommend Servpro and they'll be my first call for any future issues.
