Dan and his team added a screen porch and new deck to our home. We are thrilled with how our porch and deck turned out. We look forward to our next home improvement project with DiFranco Construction and would highly recommend them. Dan was patient, professional and all the subcontractors were also amazing.

DiFranco Construction did a thorough and complete remodel of our bathroom. The quality of the work is excellent and the attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. They were remarkable in the way they worked with us communicating regularly to assure that our goals were met.

Dans group came in and his finished work exceeded our expectations. Each group which came in foundation, framing, structural or painting did an excellent job.
All work which was done was high quality, each group was always dependable and prompt and extremely conscientious and neat. Dan is an excellent communicator bringing you up to date on completed work and what the next step will be and when it would be accomplished.

My wife and I hired DiFranco construction to remove an existing wraparound deck and construct a new one for us. The two gentlemen that were on our project were respectable, on time, worked very hard under hot weather conditions. I am a fourth generation carpenter. I have been building decks and houses close to 50 years. We hired DiFranco to handle this project since I am no longer a young person and was unable to do the work. I must say I am extremely picky when it comes to any kind of carpentry work, since I have always prided myself on being a perfectionist. I am honored to say these guys did a more than professional job. I looked at every cut every angle and every straight line. They did not miss a trick. They left the job site neat at all times . They were very friendly and very helpful with anything that we asked of them. My wife and I are extremely glad that we hired Dan DeFranco and his crew since I’m convinced with all my years of experience, I could not have done as good of a job. 100% perfect. No complaints at all.

DiFranco Construction built a covered porch on the back of my house. Dan was so easy to work with and the quality of the work is impeccable. I've had so many complements from neighbors and I am so happy with the results.

Dan and his guys were a real pleasure to work with in constructing our new pool house / garage. He was able to connect us with an architect, handled all the permitting, and was always available during the construction phase. Communication was excellent through all phases of the project. He was able to help us transform our ideas into reality during the build process. He was very flexible in allowing us to complete certain aspects of the project ourselves. The quality of the work was excellent. We are thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Dan for any project you might have.

We are so happy with the screened in porch that DiFranco Construction built for our home in Carrboro in Summer/Fall 2023. Dan hired great crews, visited the site regularly, worked with the town on all permits, communicated with us frequently, and helped us find good people for related projects--landscaping, etc. The project was completed on time and at a good value. We will definitely look up DiFranco Construction for future projects

Very satisfied with the quality of work done to create this bathroom addition. Dan & his small but talented crew were easy to work with, & accepting of my input / requests. Finding someone who actually answers calls & messages was so refreshing!! I have recommended DiFranco Construction to my neighbor for a bathroom remodel. Would definitely use them again.

My wife and I selected DiFranco Construction to remove our existing master bath shower and replace with a new shower and sauna. One of the subcontractors that did work on the project told us that he was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the work that Dan’s crew did and made their job easier. We think that alone speaks volumes.

I have now used DiFranco Construction for two house projects and couldn’t be happier with the results! Dan DiFranco is very knowledgeable, has great workers, and very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend and plan to use them again for my next house project.

We needed some paneling done in two rooms in our basement and we had heard nice things about Dan DiFranco from several neighbors. Gave him a call, arranged for him to come look at the job, and he showed up right on time. He estimated the cost and time it would take to complete it, and that’s exactly how it unfolded. No cost overruns, no starting the project one day then showing up two weeks later to finish it. They started it and took it to completion and charged exactly what was estimated. Did a neat, clean job, it looks great and we are very happy. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Dan's team replaced my 2 decks with Trex. They did a fantastic job and were able to fix all my problems that the old deck had created, Very trustworthy, fast and I am looking forward to having Dan do all the many other jobs that my house will be needing. What a relief to have someone like him to be able to count on with my home repair/remodeling needs

Dan DiFranco and his team did an AMAZING job on our bathroom and bedrooms! The bathroom was a total gut job. They worked so hard and got the job done super fast. I knew exactly what I wanted (tile, shower, vanity, etc.) but Dan even suggested a shower niche and open shelves. The niche is the perfect size for all of our shower essentials and the open shelves are perfect for the small size of the bathroom. They even took out a living room closet to extend the bathroom since it’s the only bathroom in the house. My husband even calls our bathroom “so fancy” because it just looks so good. The before and after pictures will leave you speechless. Dan DiFranco definitely goes above and beyond and does such a great job. Thank you Dan and team!!!

My husband was in the hospital for several months, and we needed grab bars installed in our tile shower for when he came home. Dan did an excellent job installing the bars, and we felt much better about my husbands safety, and were very happy with the quality of work.

Dan added a dining room and a sun room to our home a few years ago and we are very pleased with it. Recently We had a leak in our roof and i called him. He was out of town tending to his father but he referred me to Chapel Hill Roofing, who just happened to be in the area.They were here and out in about an hour and a half. All good. Thanks Dan!
