My former 1972 kitchen is now one of the best features of my house! Michael worked with me to keep the project on budget and I now have some beautiful stone when I had initially thought I could only afford butcher block.

Cole Restoration Services were on time to my house and did a wonderful job on replacing my bathroom sink. I would highly recommend this company because they are very reliable and professional.

I was looking to have a kitchen remodel done and had called several companies to get a quote and no one responded. I found Cole Restorations(who turns out to be a mile from my home) and called Mike who came out the next day to look at what we wanted done. After getting the quote for a kitchen remodel it turned out to be a complete downstairs remodel. We had new flooring installed, removed the popcorn ceiling, new cabinets, countertops, lighting and all new appliances. We needed a major upgrade to our home after 20+ years and Mike and his team delivered. It was an interesting adventure given that we had never done anything like this before. In the end, we definitely got the kitchen of our dreams that really added value to our home. I would definitely recommend Cole Restoration to anyone that is looking to have work done at their home and we will be using them again for our next project of a bathroom remodel.

House, large garage and shed painted, two colors plus some remedial woodwork. Also kitchen cabinets re-arranged and added to, with 72 sq ft new stone counter tops. All work completed with good attention to details, on time and only one minor cost overrun due to rebuilding a window frame not noticed in initial estimations. Took my changes in stride, very good to work with.
Very pleased with results, and will use again when needed.

We had Michael put in a couple of windows and crown molding for much of the house. His carpentry is very good and we are quite pleased with the results. The windows were a particular challenge considering how the house was built, but his experience and skill figured it out. He also completed this and other work in the time frame he originally committed to.

Cole did an amazing job on the home modification for my Aunt so she could come home from the rehab. The ramp he built was beautiful and he replaced the carpet with the laminate that was chosen. He was efficient and met our deadline. Will recommend him and use him again. Thanks, Cole.

Michael and his crew repaired rotting posts on our deck and cleaned and stained it. Everything came out great! They were very thorough, neat, and did a fantastic job!!

The owner of this business, Michael, is a talented and smart business man.
Michael designed the inside of our closet, built the ramp, and built the lean to by the shed. Everything what he did is great and affordable, so I'm just grateful.

Mike Cole renovated two bathrooms in our house. His work was remarkably well done and I had a lot of people admire his work.

He also fixed the main support beam for the house and fixed gutters and work that needed to be done.

Michael Lamont Cole took my deposit $4032 in August 2019. The contract was to finish a small unfinished bonus room.

He never obtained a permit From the City. It was denied because his application was so pathetic. It did not list the name/purpose of the room, materials to be used, or dimensions of the ceilings. He told me it was denied because it needed custom windows and he had a ”friend” who could help.

He has declined to accept my two letters about our signed contract and deposit.

MICHAEL LAMONT COLE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.
