This 5 star rating is for Megan only - she did a remarkable job and helped us tremendously. Prior to her taking over our account I didn’t have a good experience at all with ServPro. Megan took over and was so responsive and made sure we were updated and got taken care of as soon as possible.

Acominda was very helpful and efficient in getting our packout done today. She and her team did a great job.

Had appointment set for a time. Made sure I was back from an outing on time and 1/2hr passed no one came. Called about a no show and they said they would call me back in a couple minutes. After another 3hrs of waiting no call. I called back and told them to forget me. By other reviews if they come they probably do a fantastic job.

The greatest team. Kevin was awesome!! Mike and Robert did an awesome and thorough job cutting and getting rid of the mold that was found in our home. Excellent team!!

We had a pipe break behind our wall in 2019 and it destroyed all of our floors, crawl space, and halfway up the walls! They came in quick and dried everything up, removed all the mold, and added a coating to keep any from coming back! We recently noticed insulation falling down and Robert and Mike came back to fix the issue! They were awesome to work with and we would definitely request them again next time! Great job guys!

The mold remediation crew Mike and Robert did a wonderful job remediating some issues in my father's house. Quick professional and a job well done.

We recently experienced a plumbing issue resulting in an overflow, of water, from the second floor of our house. It was a nasty mess. Corey Swope and his Awesome team of professionals, from SERVPRO, responded quickly to help with cleanup and removal of wet drywall. Corey and his team were very professional, respectful, and efficient. All of SERVPROs associates wore shoe covers when entering our home. Every team member had a job and the whole process ran like clock work. It took just a couple of hours, maybe less. The floors and cabinets were covered with plastic. The drywall was cut out carefully to make restoration seamless. Areas of damaged wood were removed and the area was treated to prevent mold growth. Fans and dehumidifiers were deployed to begin the drying out process. The whole operation ran smoothly. Who knew these services existed? I didn't but I am surely glad they do! I am grateful to Corey Swope and his Awesome team, of professionals, for all their help. You guys are a tremendous asset to SERVPRO of Panhandle and our community. Thank you for all your help!

Servpro has helped us twice over the last few years and both times they made a difficult process easy and fast. They worked with our home insurance company and honestly handled the claim a lot better than the insurance company did. I will recommend them to anyone that needs these services.

An unfortunate situation at my business could have been much worse. The folks at Servpro came and assessed the damages and worked quickly with the insurance provider to remove damaged materials and dry the facility. Once completed, they also returned to replace everything and it now looks better than ever! Thank you for all the hard work. A+ from the office staff to the crews doing the work.

Pam was so helpful and she had a team out to assist within hours. It was really a blessing when I discovered some really bad water and mold damage, I knew who to call. If you need help she will be there and get you taken care of.
