I just had my roof put on waiting for gutters tomorrow. Just wanted to say from the owner to the employees five star wish I could give more but five star their prices their punctuality the cleans their product. I can’t say more about them if you need a roof, we’re siding or any other exterior stuff you need to give us a call get on the schedule And get it done.

After years of putting off the dreaded roof replacement along with new gutters and some siding repair, we decided it needed to be done a few months ago. I reached out to 4 companies of varying sizes, and was lucky enough to stumble across Crafted Exterior Services. The other companies made things very difficult with scheduling, and one even told me they would not go over estimates without scheduling a time AFTER the consultation (which took 3+ hours!), which I just didn't have the time or patience for. The entire team at Crafted Exterior Services was an absolute delight to work with, from scheduling with Courtney, to the consultation with Wes, and the team that did the replacement. Every step of the way I had someone on the team that I could call and ask questions, and not once did they make me feel like I was a nuisance, and took the time to give me the correct answer. They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for me, and I cannot stress enough how refreshing it was to deal with this team compared to the others I inquired with.

Excellent service, extremely responsive and easy to work with. Courtney helped us throughout the entire process, even with delays from Insurance, was a straightforward process. They were able to get my damaged gutters replaced and looking great! Would recommend!

Had an issue with our roof leaking to our bathroom ceiling. Called and Courtney set us up with an appointment. Wes came and inspected roof and attic. The crew came out 2 days later to repair the issue. Definitely recommend.

Crafted Exteriors was referred to me by other builders in the area and also by a neighbor; I asked around and heard only good things – it was important to me because there are a lot of terrible roofers out there and I’m sure Crafted Exteriors has to correct many bad roofing jobs. But if you use this company first, you’ll save your mind and your wallet both.

my house roof was leaking and I have frustrated situation yesterday, Called and got taking care by Ms. Courtney quickly with professional customer service skill to set up my appointment on the next morning!! and Mr. Wes was came to look out and give me a friendly EST. with an explanation that was a great experience with them today that I want to say they're "Impressive" A+++ Recommended!!

When we purchased our home it had a 20+ yr old roof, rotting t1-11 siding, and a rickety falling apart deck. I got easily 15 quotes for all the work. Wes at Crafted Exterior Services was the most enthusiastic about the project. He loved our ideas and was excited to bring them to life. While Crafted was not the cheapest they certainly weren't in the highest prices we received either.

Crafted replaced our old builder grade shingle roof with beautiful standing seam metal. Replaced our skylight, removed and rebulit our deck, replaced/wrapped all the facia boards in metal, replaced our gutters, replaced my front door, replaced my basement sliding glass door, and installed board and batton siding. They even installed the vent on the roof for my new range hood when I sprang it on them last minute. At the end of the day our house looks brand new!

Crafted has dedicated teams for each project. These are not subcontracted crews. These crews work directly for Crafted Exterior Services. This way they know the work will be done right. I really enjoyed working with Nery (on the siding and deck crew). His team was fabulous and I enjoyed watching how detailed they were in doing their work. Everyone was very respectful of my property and made sure to answer all my questions along the way. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished.
Courtney is one of my favorite people now. I love chatting with her! She is great at understanding what you need and getting the correct information to Wes and the crews to ensure everything is taken care of. I really appreciated the personal touch when Courtney stopped by to check on the progress and later, after the project was complete, to pickup payment.

I have been recommending Crafted to anyone that asks and we always credit them when someone compliments our house! We will definitely work with Crafted Exterior Services on any future projects!

I can’t say enough good things about Crafted Exterior Services. I ended up getting three different quotes for a new roof. The owner, Wes, actually came out to my house on a Sunday and took a look and gave me a quote for a roof and new 6 inch gutters. He underbid everyone else by 2K-6K. And that was even with the gutters. I quickly had him contact 2 of my neighbors and they also went with Crafted. The guys that did my roof and gutters were some of the best people I have met. Very nice and courteous. They cleaned up the whole area after they were done. I doubt I will need another roof, but if I did I would contact Crafted Exterior Services to do the job. I strongly recommend this company.

After hearing several estimates on a new roof I heard several estimates from $15,000 and above. Most of the people I talked with were not to socially talkative. I had heard of Crafted and decided to call them. Courtney was such a ray of sunshine after talking to other roof estimators. They gave me an estimate that absolutely blew everybody else out of the water. Not only was the quote beating everyone else they also included custom made gutters and downspouts made right there at my house! The roofers were timely, respectful and very nice not to mention their total professionalism! They were quick and very effective. My roof was on in less than a day and they even replaced several pieces of plywood. The following morning the professional that was here was spot on in making all of the gutters and downspouts made!
I more than recommended Crafted, I implore you to atleast consider them…. They’re awesome!

We had a very good experience with Crafted Exterior Services. I messaged them on a Sunday through their website and received a call within an hour or so… on a Sunday!!!
They came out within the week and replaced a few shingles for us and checked the rest of our roof! Very nice guys!! We will definitely be reaching out to them for all our roofing needs!!

Recently, I had to have my roof replaced. The plywood underneath the shingles, in places was rotted. Wes the owner came out and spent well over an hour answering all my questions. I also had them replace all the gutters on the house. Wes, Courtney (co-owner) and Alyssa are 3 of the nicest people I have ever met. They were kind and made sure I was satisfied with the work during the entire process. The roofing crew led by Miguel were incredible! Carlos and his crew did the gutter system and the results were amazing. Wes worked with me on a great price for everything and that was the deciding factor for me. If you need a new roof and/or new gutters and you don't use Crafted Exterior Services, you are making a mistake. Call them and give them a chance to explain what they can do for you at a price you won't believe!! It's a decision you will never forget!!

My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Crafted Exterior Services! Our situation unfortunately was unique, we thought we had a newer roof put on our home when we bought it 5 years ago. Which turned out it was a newer roof but a roof that was completely done wrong with no ridge vent or functioning soffits which was creating humidity issues in our home. With that being said Crafted Exterior Services responded to our needs quickly. The owner came out and assessed our roof and gave us several options and estimates. Ultimately we decided to get a new roof. We are so fortunate that we did as it was discovered during the new roof installation of other issues that was going on underneath that we couldn’t see and how even more so the roof wasn’t done right! When we called Crafted Exterior on a Tuesday to tell them we wanted to move forward with a new roof, they were quick to respond and was out Friday the same week to do it! We are so happy with our new roof including the additional eve vents installed! It looks great and can definitely tell the difference with our old roof and the new roof. Considering it was an unusual situation Crafted Exterior Services pulled through and got the job done and done right! We already notice a huge difference with the humidity issue in our house to! I definitely recommend Crafted Exterior services as everyone was so patient, nice and easy to work with! Thanks again!

We had an issue with the siding coming off the facia board at the end of our house and called Crafted Exterior Services on a Friday afternoon. Courtney in the office was very pleasant and made arrangements for Miguel to come out the very next day. He arrived on time, went straight to work and had the job finished in no time. Miguel was very polite and answered all my questions with a smile. We were very pleased with their quick response and would highly recommend them to others. If I ever need their services in the future, I will request Miguel.

What a wonderful and professional experience! My mother had the roof shingles replaced on the house. We have not seen any leaks around the 3 chimneys that they sealed.

I had a small repair on a steep roof, they were here after I called on a Friday and repaired my roof in less than an hour. As soon as they left it started raining, great service, reasonable price.

Crafted did an excellent job on my roof replacement. There customer service was fonimial. They were very professional from the original site visit to the completed product. Wes and his team was great to work with. They we're in and out in one day. When completed all debris was cleaned up professionally. I had Crafted Exterior replace my roof and gutters. The entire experience was amazing! The customer service was definitely top notch. They called to remind me that they were coming out and asked if I had any questions. They even called me to let me know there would be an extra expense. I was fully aware that it could happen and was not surprised since my roof was such a mess, but the courtesy call was appreciated. The workers showed up at sunrise and only left when it was dark.
