I had Wanderson Silva come out to a house under contract in shannadoah area. Loved the area, finally found a house. He came in and did the all the inspections as requested, radon, well, general, mold. It was awesome to see him running around systematically checking all the boxes and leaving no stone unturned in a sense. Inspected the attic for insulation... Just a wall to wall inspection. Reports came back with fixes some DYI and some major hazards. Loved the process and information he gives out. This particular home was a nightmare in disguise and thanks to Mr. Silva I couldn't be happier! Ten's of thousands of dollars in repairs avoided because this guy knows his craft. One of the biggest investments you'll make is to purchase a home and you want to know what your walking into and what state the home is in? I HIGHLY recommend hiring Wanderson Silva to perform the inspection. He saved me years of heart ache and debt. Totally pissed off my realtor but I'd want an inspector who works for ME not my realtor!! That's what I received from him (Wanderson Silva) and I couldn't be more pleased with how it went.

Purchasing a brand new home shouldn't need an inspection BUT I am so glad we did it! Wanderson found some major issues in the trusses, with advertised insulation levels, doors not locking/latching, the GFCI outlet not working and a multitude of other minor things that would have affected living in our new home. He was super professional, took his time, communicated everything that needed attention and presented a beautiful package of everything he did, what he saw and what needed attention. Without a shadow of a doubt, I will use him again if we sell this house and on any new purchases. My realtor said to me at one point, "I wanted a detailed inspection, but maybe not THIS detailed." I feel better moving into our home knowing what was wrong and repaired so we can get to living! 1,000 stars! Great service!

We are building a new home and have used Dash Home Inspections to do both the pre-drywall inspection and the full inspection prior to our closing on the house. We have bought numerous homes and have worked with many different inspectors in the past. The level of thoroughness, expertise, and knowledge were unmatched. I like to think that I can find most of the problems, but on our new home he found over 50 things that needed to be addressed that I didn’t see. I cannot recommend him enough. We were provided with detailed reports that showed pictures with arrows pointing to the issues, and documentation on why they were concerns. The 360 photos have already proved their worth when we challenged the builder about them not installing things before the drywall went up, which we ended up having to send these pictures as proof. It was truly worth the investment. You will not be disappointed. Would give 10 stars if we could.
