Greg, Andrew, and the team from SERVPRO N. Washington Country were absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a pipe burst the day before we moved into our first home, leaving our den completely flooded. Our anxiety subsided after just one phone call where the team scheduled an immediate appointment for us, walked us through the game plan, and assured us that they would be there to support us every step of the way.

Through mitigation, multiple visits, numerous phone calls (did I mention that we're first time home-buyers!?), and even an in-person meeting with our insurance adjustor, the team from SERVPRO N. Washington remained friendly, professional, and exceptionally accommodating. I would highly recommend their services and their equally impressive network of contractors.

A great company and group of people to work with. Literally hours after I moved in, my brand new washer leaked through the 3rd floor down to the second floor. After a call to my insurance company, ServePro was one of the companies mentioned. They sent someone out immediately. Chad was great to work with. He was very calm, and thorough reviewing the damage. The General Manager Greg was easy to work with, professional and accommodating. Within days his team was already back to begin the repairs. They did such a good job, I asked if they could quote some other work while they were here. I was so pleased with the drywall, and painting they did. I would recommend them as a general contractor, not just for damage repairs. I cant thank Greg, Chad, Ron (Drywall), Rick (Painter), and the entire team for all their help during this process. I would definitely use them again!

They came out and helped with our incorrectly installed washing machine that poured water throughout 3 stories of our house. They were out the next day and had things drying right away. Neil, Chad, and Jeff have been great! Thank you for keeping me sane in a very uncontrollable situation.

Update: It's been 3 months since this incident happened and although ServPro was excellent at coming out and drying everything right away, they have not been good on the repairs side. I haven't even gotten anyone out to give us a quote on repairs. I've called and texted many times and been told yes we'll send someone out and no one has come out. I have been unable to get the insurance company a quote which is the most frustrating. I don't even need the repairs done right away, I just need a quote to submit and I can't get them to come out. I've now had to seek out other companies to come quote the repairs. Very frustrating.

Excellent customer service and people. Greg, Andrew and the rest of the team are amazing people. Prompt and easy to work with.The workers who came to my house were A plus nothing to do with them this rating.

My house flooded from my dishwasher and they came out immediately and helped me out. The reason I gave a three stars rating is because of the communication to get a contract signed. Someone was supposed to reach out to me and haven’t. I have no idea what’s going on. I had to go a different route to get my house rebuilt unfortunately. If communication was better definitely a 5. It seemed from the beginning they didn’t wanna rebuild my house.

When we found out our pipes had frozen while we were away, there was already a great deal of water damage. It was a Sunday morning and figured we would get an answering service or voicemail, but Andrew answered and immediately started making a plan. Within an hour he gathered equipment and was at the house pumping out water. Jeff and Andrew knew exactly what needed to be done and helped us navigate a very scary situation. Highly recommend this business.

I have been working with ServPro of North Washington County, as well as ServPro Beaver County, for 2 years now. They are run by Jeff, who is highly invested in all of his clients and jobs. I can’t recommend their work more highly.

Jeff and his team are responsive, professional, are truly care about clients and their work product.

They have repaired 2 leaks we have had, including drywall and repainting a room and bathroom. They have gone above and beyond by returning to make sure drywall and paint jobs are perfect, re-hanging mirrors, and providing advice. My repairs are small in comparison to much of the work they do, but they have made me feel like the most important client.

After noticing water spots on my ceiling, they came out to inspect my roof and the interior damage. They fixed the roof then were able to identify around 10 different spots where the water had left some interior damage. The team was able to repair each spot and I was very impressed with how clean they left it

Our roof was leaking. We are very please with the roof that they put on. They did a great job and we're very professional. I will use them again without a doubt.
