Terron was super professional, efficient, and took the time to talk to us about the process and answer all of our questions. For a very stressful situation, he helped us feel comfortable and more optimistic going forward.

Big thanks to Ray Tucker at Serve Pro. The initial visit was timely, thorough and professional addressing our water problem. I appreciated the guidance towards our next steps to determine the source of our buildings water issue.

Terron and Joe were at my house for two days doing some remediation of water damage. They are very likeable and professional. 10/10 in all areas, including communication, attention to detail, safety, cleanup, and answering questions.

Ray just left. He was very informative and attentive to our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He had a very professional manner about him.

I am giving a 5 star review based on Mr. Tucker, since I have not yet usee the company for mitigation or reconstruction. Mr. Tucker was very cool and professional , even with me being upset over several different personal matters. He got me involved in the inspection and answered every question. That is all you can ask on a "first call".

I would like to recommend Darrin Grant for the work he did at my house. He demonstrated a high skill level on the work he performed. In addition he had a very calming effect, was punctual, and always polite and patient. I felt very lucky to have Servpro send this man to do the work at my house. He demonstrated his knowledge of what needed to be done and gave me confidence that the work would be done correctly. We need more Darrin’s in this world, people who love what they do and do it with skill and integrity. I can’t say enough of how please I was with his performance.

Recently had interior water damage due to a leak from a storm. John White and Billy Swank did the water remediation. They were prompt, on time and have the best customer service skills and they are EXTREMELY professional! Highly recommended them as a crew and they deserve a raise! Hard workers make the company! Keep these two AT ALL COST!!

The reconstruction crew at Servpro - John Conway, Randy Metz and Josh Weber were responsive, professional and did an excellent job for us.

On the night of our fire, Parker introduced himself representing ServPro and put our worries to ease. Then Emily came the next day and scheduled the clean up crew for the following day!! Unbelievable in how fast they act to elevate your worries and begin the process of restoring/cleaning your home. Darren was the crew manager and he felt like family to us. He kept us informed of the process and what to expect. The entire crew was the best!! Bob, Pablo and the girls were fantastic!! After they finished, my home was so clean with no soot or any smell of soot. The garage took the biggest hit and they cleaned every tool (my husband has many tools)! They threw away what was not salvageable, kept what was questionable for the adjuster and cleaned all the rest all the while documenting everything!! They all deserve 10 stars!!

They have been very responsive and are very thorough in their cleaning! The work has been well organized and structured.

Terron and Joseph were the technicians that worked to remove, clean and sanitize a water damage area in basement. They were knowledgeable and offered detailed explanations of the step by step process and procedures. They did a very good detailed and thorough cleaning and removal of all affected areas. Looks great smells great.

ServPros service and care on my home was excellent. Darrin and Darnell are especially good employees and they explained in great detail what they were going to do before they did it. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were very impressed with the excellent job that Terron Weatherspoon and his associates did for us. Our basement was a mess. They were so very kind, explained everything. All of the wet drywall, ceiling and carpet were removed and they even took the damaged wet materials away so that we didn’t need a dumpster. Plus the whole area was sanitized.We highly recommend SERVPRO.

Vinny and John did an excellent job. They followed up on a clean up that was done a few days prior. They went above and beyond to ensure the smell was taken care of. They left air scrubbers and a dryer. They communicated so i had a thorough understanding on what to expect from the work they did. I had the misfortune of experiencing extensive water damage to my kitchen. I reached out to a range of companies to recover from the damage and restore my house to the pre-water damaged state before deciding on SERVPRO. The SERVPRO team of Metro Pittsburgh has gone above and beyond in kicking off the restoration. Eric Richardson took the time to properly scope the work. Tim Skeen, the Project Manager, and Brandon both came to look at the extent of damage and talked me through the process for the restoration work. Everyone on this team is professional and knowledgeable and seems committed to restoring my house to as close as possible to the pre-damaged condition.

Darrin and John introduced themselves, and then went right to work asking about our problems. They took measurements and readings. They set up a Refrigerant dehumidifier for overnight and will return in the morning. At all times, these men were pleasant and available for questions.

Men came in today and checked moisture content in several locations. Everything is dry and ready for next step. Men gathered all equipment and left. Only took 20 minutes. Quick and efficient.

Josh from recon was amazing. He is very talented and knowledgeable. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed by non. I am thrilled with the work he did and the level of professionalism he showed. He is definitely a major assist to your company.

Terron and his team came out quickly after we found a leak and had a plumber fix the leak. I was worried because it is a holiday week, but they worked hard and quickly and will finish the work in two days.

Terron let me know what they found and what needed to be done every step of the way, before taking each new step.

Emily and her team at servpro provided outstanding service and results from the start of the project all the way through the completion of the restoration, they made it not just like the fire didn't happen, they made it better than it was before the fire. Terron and Joseph arrived today to take some measurements, see how wet the affected areas are, and place fans and a dehumidifier. Both gentlemen were so nice as well as very professional.
