Very satisfied with H&R waterproofing, I had a problem with the float sticking. I texted the number and got a phone call asking me if he could stop to take a look at the pump. Charles fixed the problem ( this all happened within 3 hours of my text)

Awesome company. I had several places quote me tens of thousands of dollars. They came out and actually looked at my window wells (none of the other co’s did that). Replaced them for a very reasonable price. Just in time for the big storms coming in. No water in my basement since. They were honest step by step. I will be using them again as other projects come up on our to do list.

Charles and Eric installed an interior French drain with two sump pumps. My old house and concrete didn't make the process easy for them, but the end product turned out great. They're professional, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, fair... and kept the worksite clean and neat. I've worked with several contractors to renovate my house, and H & R Waterproofing is one I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing company and people! Super friendly and very easy to talk to with. They installed an internal French drain a few months ago and we finally got some rain realized the pump wasn’t working. I sent Charles a text and he immediately responded despite it being a holiday weekend and got right to business to come out and replace it. Not to mention they had the best pricing around! H&R Waterproofing completed an interior french drain and installed carbon fiber straps on our foundation. The crew was very professional. Arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. The price was unbeatable. We definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their basement.

Our house is 99 years old and we started having a little dampness in our basement on one specific side after heavy rains.

Charles came out and gave us an estimate for an internal drain and sump pump that was considerably lower than the big box companies - he explained his overhead his lower since they are owner operated so he has much more wiggle room on pricing. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, answered all my questions and we decided to move forward.

It was a 2 day job, they arrived promptly both days, were respectful and friendly to my family and my home and did a great job.

I'm excited to enjoy my basement again!

We had an excellent experience with H&R from beginning to end. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable when providing their estimate and did not engage in high pressure sales tactics. Their quoted price was much better than others and focused on how to specifically solve our problem without doing more work than needed. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and very clean when doing the work. Most important, they did great work. After decades of leaks, our basement has been dry as a bone, even during some very heavy rain storms. My only regret is not calling them sooner. It's great to see a contractor hit on all cylinders.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I live in an older house that needed extra care when doing this project. The job took 4 days all together. They actually moved a lot in my basement for me because I couldn't get some of it out.
Extremely friendly crew. Very professional. And LOCAL. Not some huge conglomerate. The job came out perfect. They gave me a very reasonable quote for a job all other competitors were trying to gouge me on. For the first time since this house was built. It will drain properly and I don't have water in my basement!!!
I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs and I plan to use them again for my rental property. I should have taken pictures of what it looked like before. Call these guys before you even try one of the big names. The gentleman that gave the bid was on the job site and that also meant something to me.

This place is trash. I paid thousands of dollars for a system that doesn’t work. My basement flooded MULTIPLE times after they claimed they fixed the issue. A year later my basement STILL floods during rain which is now ruined. I have short term rental contracts that this Company has ruined and now I am out of more money. On top of that I’ve been calling for days now and nobody knows how to answer the phone. Very unresponsive and ghetto.

So impressed with the H&R Waterproofing team. They installed a series of connecting French drains and replaced a retaining wall for us this week. Price was great but even more impressive was the way they worked and cleaned up after the job was done. A team of 4 showed up on time every day for 5 days and worked so hard like I honestly have not seen anyone work for a long time. They were very focused on the job and stopped only for a brief lunch break and back at it. Communication was great, recommendations were helpful. I cannot recall any other time I was so impressed with any contracting company. I give them the highest possible rating +.

Removed an old sidewalk and poured a new one. These guys are total pros. Excellent work along with excellent communication. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I totally recommend them.

We got a few estimates from different places once we found water in our basement. H&R was by far the best price. They were honest about what they thought needed done, even when we ran into a problem they helped us out. They were fast on the job and our basement is dry as a whistle.

They installed an interior drain system in a finished basement, exterior yard drain system with pop up drains so we don’t have rocks everywhere, and a 10x50 patio for us! No more wet basement or swampy yard! They were friendly, punctual, thorough, and very responsive. They were super clean with their work which I am thankful for! Best of all the price was the best around for everything we needed done! Eric and his entire crew were great to work with! I recently had my basement flood during a rain storm and I had H and R waterproofing come give me an estimate. Charles was very professional and respectful during the estimate and answered all my questions. I decided to move forward and have a sump pump and internal drain installed and they did a great job! They were very clean and respectful during the installation! Im very excited to have a dry basement!

I am a landlord with a large portfolio and H & R Waterproofing has now done seven of my properties for me. Their work is great and they are easy to communicate with, which is very important to me. I had one very odd situation where a patio was leaking into the basement from the ceiling and they worked tirelessly to make sure the area was waterproofed while standing behind their quote.

How about very HONEST, dependable, reputable and even adaptable! First of all, Eric and Charles, owners, both do estimates and they came on time, with Caleb. They said the both of them go to all jobs. When getting the french drain started, they noticed water leaking from another of those cheap copper pipes. They told us then that we would not need the sump pump system. Then they said they would try and repair the pipe. How many companies would really do these things? They said our water problem should be resolved, but if not to call them. We would certainly do that and we highly recommend them. Also, their pump system is definitely less costly than some others.

E Rose Construction Company is the best in the business. Had them put a foundation drain in May, and support posts in the basement in August. Will be having them do a third project shortly. They are very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. These guys exhibit a good work ethic which is very important to me. I highly recommend Erik and Charles....an excellent company!

I cannot say enough good things about Erik Rose Construction and the work that they do. We hired them to do interior and exterior french drains. They knocked out the whole project quickly (they were actually done a whole day sooner than expected), they were on time every day, they were polite and professional, they weren't invasive (which was really important given that my wife and I both work from home), and most importantly, they were far more affordable than a lot of the other quotes we got. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing services. Top notch crew.
