SERVPRO always comes through! I needed some drywall repair for a coat rack that wasn't anchored & popped off the wall unexpectedly. Matt was very knowledgeable & gave me several options for repair. Once we decided he was in & out in under 2 hours & didn't leave a spec of dust behind! Highly recommend Matt & the folks at SERVPRO McCall; they are very responsive, courteous and do great work whether large or small!

This past year I had some ice damage occur to my new roof. In working with my insurance company, ServPro from McCall was the company I chose to do the repairs. They were awesome! Chad got everything all lined out and even verified work was complete. Top notch for sure.

Can't say enough about the good work and service from Ben, Chad, and the whole team at SERVPRO McCall. They repaired our bathroom after winter water damage and it looks even better than before. They were timely, professional, easy to communicate with, and all for a truly fair & honest price (sometimes a rarity in this town) that worked with our insurance seamlessly. I hope we don't have damage again, but if we ever need the help, they're the first we'll call. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Used SERVPRO for some sheet rock and structure repair due to a snow slide! They were quick to respond and come offer a bid. They were also very timely in scheduling and completing the project! The work was completed and the quality of the work was great!

Called servepro in McCall Idaho. They responded immediately, followed through, were priced fairly. Chad was great at getting back to me and helping me meet a deadline for repairs. I living out of town and have a cabin in McCall that we like to call our second home. We are only there about once a month in the winter so our home is left empty a few weeks at a time. This past holiday we were spending the holiday in McCall and upon our arrival our kitchen sink supply line had burst!!!! What a mess! in a panic we called a few mitigation companies that our insurance had recommended, the only one of the three we called returned our call. It was Serv Pro of McCall who called us back right away.
Chad Emery and his team came right out and started the mitigation right away. We needed a plumber to fix the supply line and get the water turned back we were lost and had no idea who to call. Chad was able to get us a plumber straight away and our water turned back on.
Serv Pro saved our holiday week, they were efficient in getting our flood dried out in just a few days. If it wasn't for Chad and his team we would have had no kitchen for the holidays because they were the only ones who responded! Serv Pro was also able to handle our repairs after we left McCall to head back home to Bend. They had our kitchen floors and cabinet repairs done with in three weeks of us leaving. This company goes above and beyond for there customers. I would recommend Serv Pro to anyone needing help of any kind in the Valley county area
