They did a great job and were very professional. The two young men that came to my house we’re so friendly and did a great job! The bid was a little high at first, but we were able to negotiate.

Very knowledgeable about the job and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure they make the proper decisions on the steps to mitigate and remediate any loss you may have. This location, though short handed is very quick to respond to jobs!

This team was amazing! We had them do the remediation and drywall work in our house and they were awesome! I would use them again in heart beat! Thank you guys….

The school had an ice machine flood the upstairs and a room downstairs. After the claim had been submitted, they showed up quickly and went to work. The cleanup as done efficiently and a representative came by each day, to check on the progress, until everything was dried up. We were very happy with their service.

Servpro was professional from start to finish! They answered all phone calls quickly and always gave thorough information. Simply put THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. They cleaned a large office area and showroom as well as a kitchen area and restroom. The cleaning included counter tops, carpeting and floor tile. They did such a good job, I later called them to do an insulation repair.

Servpro cleaned the carpet in my entire home and stairs. The finished product was a fresh smell and soft carpet. My wife commented on the fact that she loved how soft the carpet feels on her feet after it is cleaned.

They were on time, did not dilly dally and got the job done. They placed corner guards on my walls so no hoses would rub on the paint. The men wore covers over their shoes while in my home.

I would easily recommend Servpro of Lincoln and Warren Counties. Liked them enough that I referred them to my parents.

I had A LOT of water in my partially finished basement (yup sump pump, ugh). I had a very quick return call and the team was there to get start drying immediately. They took all precautions, even during this covid crisis and worked quickly and diligently. They came back and checked until they deemed ready and worked with the insurance company to resolve the claim. Great company, great people.

The men were on time friendly and very respectful. They did a great job. Will be call them again next year.

We just moved into our new house the night before. They showed up early which was okay, but then they needed to use our water supply instead of bringing their own. Took them over 2 hours to “clean” the carpet and the results were not even close to what we were hoping for. The guys were nice but it was less than mediocre work. Very disappointed. It was a waste of $200 and would not recommend.

Had a scheduling problem,and they were great trying to accommodating me.Everyone I spoke with were very polite and professional. The carpet looked great and the employee they sent out was very good,and made sure all my spots were taken care of.I would most definitely recommend them.

I had a small problem with a pet ordor and Chris came out and took care of the problem without a thought. He was courteous and professional, he did not try and sell anything i didnt need. I would highly recommend them.

After our fire ServPro made our house look brand new. Dave and Josh were great. As well as Chris and Devon.
