The techs showed up right on time and were very professional in the way they addressed their work. Both Joe & Bill did a great job of explaining the process and were meticulous in carrying out their tasks. When I called to make the appointment they told me exactly how they charged for this type of work and there were no surprises.

My very first experience with a flooded basement. Servpro came to the rescue. Two young men, and I can’t remember both of their names, one of them was Dakota I believe, were dispatched to my house to deal with a water leak that happened when I was gone. They were both extremely professional, explained everything to me very well, and did a great job. They checked in daily, and would come over and take dryness readings to see how the progress was coming. I am very pleased and was actually surprised by the level of service that ServePro provided. We had a water leak over the Memorial Day weekend. They were very quick and informative on the work that needed to be done. My husband and I haven't expierenced this before and were very please on their explanation of the process. I hope I don't, but if I have to get more repairs done I will be going back to them.

The Servpro team was very professional and I highly recommend them! I called immediately after the water damage and spoke to Bob who expedited Joe to our house that evening to set up fans and dehumidifiers. The next day Pete, Joe and two others came to evaluate the situation and pull up the flooring. Josh then came every morning to check on the equipment. ServPro helped us dry out our wood floors and our basement after a water leak. Joe came out promptly every morning, even on the weekend, to check on the progress and readjust fans as needed. Chance and Pete were very helpful in getting everything cleaned up as well. I would 100% recommended ServPro to anyone needing water mitigation.

Very kind service techs, always called first before visits. Have used in the past and this was for water damage in my kitchen. Definitely know what they are doing and gave great answers when asked questions. Will use again but hope I don’t need to- highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Servpro of Lawrence/Ottawa. I had a partial ceiling collapse in one of my bedrooms due to the recent ice storm/blizzard. When my insurance claims person came out, he made a call to them to come over and check out the moisture levels and determine what was needed. An entire team showed up even a little early. Everyone was really helpful and courteous. They had equipment in my house for a total of 4 days. They came to check the progress daily. They were very good about working around my crazy work schedule. I really appreciate everything they did and the way they did it. I would not hesitate to call them again!

This company were superb at a time we really needed help. All three technicians we came in contact with throughout the four days were courteous, efficient, and communicated extremely well. Highly Recommended!

Took 3 1/2 months to try to get a quote which didn’t include paint didn’t include the shed. Repair didn’t include the fencing it didn’t include the gutters. It cost me $2000 a month waiting on their repairs for my house to be able to close. I lost the sale because they took too long. They took three days doing the actual work after 3 1/2 months with the insurance and the insurance wasn’t the problem their entire quote was incomplete. I’m now dealing with another contractor to finish the job and what they did was wrong. They put the wrong flashing on the roof. They left a big broken spot as you can see in the photograph and I will never use this company again I am calling my attorneys. WAYNE, Nathan and Devhan were the three involved and they all completely failed me utterly and entirely. I lost my house sale and $2000 a month for every month it took them to fail at their job….. over three months the for three days frap work!!! RUFKM!?!

Recently had a water issue with my house. Thought I had it resolved but found a bedroom closet had water damage. I immediately called Servpro and they responded very quickly like within an hour. Dalton was my technician that examined the situation and explained in detail what he was going to do to resolve my issue. He was awesome! He had to carry a lot of equipment downstairs to the closet area. Got everything setup and running. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process which I greatly appreciated. It took a couple of days to dry out but Dalton followed up every day. That was very, very great service. Thanks Dalton!!

Timely response, great communication, professional and polite. I was misinformed that they camera scope the vents to make sure they are all connected and in good shape, which they do not, so just fyi if that is something you are looking to have done.

Joe and Dakota were the two young men who spent many hours cleaning the air vents and ducts to my parents home which have not been cleaned in years. They were both professional, courteous, and affable to interact with. We did an initial walk through to locate each return and then they set about doing their work. Dakota had been to the home before to clean a sewage back up and did an outstanding job on that project as well. Not a pleasant thing to do. I recommend Servpro for their price and professionalism. It was way worth it. I hope you get both of these guys for your home needs when you use Servpro in our area, they are honest workers who took care in negotiating the surrounding household items in order to access each return, took their time to clean each one, and in so doing, and did a terrific job.

Staff were all friendly and helpful..As well as Informative as they worked to clean the septic-sewage backup that flooded most of my 750+ sq ft art studio building. They went out of their way to accomodate my directions and suggestions as the art, frames and horde of contents, equipment, furniture and stacks of "stuff" that had to be shifted within and to my shed and tables n such out on the drive.The cleanup, disinfecting and drying process was thorough and they made sure the end results were to my satisfaction. With all the rain lately, my sump pump gave up the ghost. I hadn’t been down stairs in over a week. When I went down, my carpet was3/4” deep in water. My whole basement was covered in water. Called my insurance company and they gave me names of companies to call. Called Servpro and they were out at 9 on a Sunday morning. They got rid of the carpet and padding. Sprayed for mold. Cleaned everything. They set fans and dehumidifier’s all over the basement. Came daily to check on moisture. It took longer with water that had gone under to cabinets. They came Monday morning and removed all equipment. They have the nicest group of men working for them. Always called 30 min before arrival. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone with water in their basement.

Starting with Pete who came to my home initially to Chance & James who did the cleaning, I was completely satisfied and comfortable with them being in my home. They were always friendly, polite, there when they said they would be, kept me informed on what they were doing and what they would be doing next. Pete came a couple different times through the cleaning process to be sure I was satisfied and that the guys were getting the job done. I was very pleased with the cleaning Chance & James did in my home, the care they took with my possessions and their friendly, polite manner the entire time they were in my home. Pete responded to my water mitigation issue in 25 minutes! Serv Pro protected our wood floors from further damage after our fridge died and leaked water from the bottom of the fridge. It appears we are on the path to a fully restored floor. Darian is awesome and was so reassuring to us about handling the situation and she explained the process very well. On a Saturday morning I realized we had black water damage in a basement closet from a main drain issue two weeks earlier. By this time there was damp carpet, mold on baseboards, etc. Serv Pro came right away and Faustino did a great job with removal of all affected materials and wet drywall / insulation and set up fans, dehumidifiers and air scrubber. They came daily to check dampness levels until all levels read normal. We would definitely use them again. A+ service!

Our water heater leaked in our attic, and into the bathroom of our downstairs neighbors. During water heater repair, air got into the hot water lines causing our dishwasher drain hose to pop out of the holder and to leak all over the kitchen too!
We have a nice Musa bamboo floor throughout the house, and I was so sad to see that water had gotten under the boards and was causing them to swell and cup up at the edges. The crew came in with drying mats, dehumidifiers, and fans to get rid of all that moisture. It took some time, and it was noisy, but I was amazed to find my floors were already back to normal! I thought I was going to have to replace the flooring, but this crew exceeded my expectations by restoring it! I am very grateful for this service, and if this EVER happens again, I'll call you guys sooner! Thank you all so much!

Pete and his crew were so helpful this past month and half after I had an unexpected fire at my apartment. After the initial shock & trauma of experiencing a fire, I also had deep worries about having to replace all my belongings due to smoke damage. Pete helped me salvage basically all of my belongings and did such a thorough job of explaining how his team cleans personal contents. On top of that he was very responsive throughout the whole time I worked with him. I hope to never have to experience a fire again, but if I did, I know that serve pro would be there to help me

I just want to say they did a awesome job. Josh was very helpful on letting me know what they was doing at all time.They came in and wipe down walls in 4 rooms and did a vent cleaning. Josh and his team was so awesome and friendly I would highly recommend them. Hope to not have to use them in the future but if I do, I hope I get Josh again.
