SERVPRO of Laurel

Worst I’ve ever seen. Showed up at my home for water remediation following a tornado. No generator’s or flashlights. Allowed them to use my generator, fuel, and lights the first 2 days. On the 3rd day I informed them that I would be using MY GENERATOR to run my camper since the batteries were depleted after 2 days. They didn’t even bother to show up since there was no electricity available. What kind of stupid does it take to not carry a generator to a tornado ravaged community. Tarps they put on my roof leaked terrible from day 1, which totally defeats the purpose of the dryers they run in my house. It continued to get wet after the dryers were removed. 14K bill for water remediation services that did absolutely nothing at all other than remove what little was left of my ceiling and insulation in the roof. No remediation efforts at all to the cabinets, walls or wet insulation behind themBill included cleaning charges cleaning and moving items in the home. I have a gallon tea pitcher in my kitchen cabinet that had 2 inches of water in it and they never even opened a cabinet, much less cleaned anything. 4k was the tarp charge. Give me a freaking break, wasn’t worth 50cents. To top it all off when the woman who answers the phone, and no I won’t call her lady, was told they used my generator, fuel, and lights she rudely denied it. How does she know anything besides the number pad on that phone? They eventually removed 488 dollars off the bill, while she continued denying the use of my equipment. If my total bill was 488 dollars it would still be entirely to high for the services and attitude we received from this company. Do yourself a favor and run if you’re ever contacted by this group. I’d rate as a -10 if possible.

I could not be more pleased with my experience. The staff is professional, thorough, and efficient. They were prompt and communicated well. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before they left. Their price was more than fair, and I believe it to be a bargain considering their equipment and efficiency. I look forward to using Serv-Pro of Laurel again.
