We had water damage caused by a plastic part on the back of our Whirlpool refrigerator that had snapped off one night after using the water dispenser. A lot of water rushed underneath in a short amount of time, saturated the drywall behind the refrigerator, and made its way into the basement. It was "raining" from the basement ceiling until we were able to reach the refrigerator water line shutoff valve.

The very next day we opened a claim with our homeowner's insurance and SERVPRO was at our home within a couple of hours. The team that took care of our home was awesome! They made sure they covered all areas while doing the moisture mapping and knew exactly what needed to be done to help us dry the walls, basement floor, and ceiling. Highly skilled and very knowledgeable.

Water damage is a stressful situation, but knowing we have SERVPRO when something like this happens is a huge relief. Thank you so much!

I cannot begin to express how wonderful Ben and his team are, especially in a last-minute situation. Our commercial building sustained significant smoke damage which was discovered on a Tuesday morning. I made contact with this location on Tuesday afternoon and they began working first thing Wednesday morning. I own a venue and explained that I had an event on Saturday and I really did not want to cancel on my client. Ben, Keith and their team went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed by Friday morning. If I give a 10 star review I would. Highly recommend!

Zack, Angelica, and Chuck were great! I got my floors stripped and waxed in my salon and the were not only quick but the floors look amazing! I will be calling them for the next time!

We had our air ducts cleaned today by Gary, Zack and Chuck . They were very respectful and polite and did a wonderful job. They communicated every step and were all very knowledgeable . I would highly recommend them and plan on having them return for other services.

Servpro was a wonderful company to work with. From the mitigation to the repairs, we are very grateful for getting things back on track. Everyone was kind and understanding in a time of crisis. SERVPRO of Indiana County does remarkable work and has phenomenal guest services! My parents had an unfortunate house fire and faced so many obstacles and trauma over the experience. One of the only bright parts of the entire situation was the service and professionalism of the SERVPRO team. They were extremely kind, thorough, and patient while my parents tried to navigate the scenario and figure out the next steps for everything. They were so organized and informative from start to finish.
Additionally, I scheduled my heat vents to be cleaned through SERVPRO and I had the same kind of experience with this service! The workers were very informative along the way and showed pictures of before and after, gave recommendations about care in the future, and were fast and efficient.
Specifically, I'd like to mention Justin Mingle and Steve Gironda for many other interactions through our professions and note their highly professional and genuinely caring demeanors.

Servpro was quick to respond to our call to clean our basement carpeting due to an incident with brown water infiltration. The carpet needed extra effort to get the brown out and Servpro worked until we were each satisfied. We are happy with the carpet. Chuck and his crew did a wonderful job. You can’t go wrong with Servpro.

Edwin and his crew did a fantastic job on our apartment. They were thorough and timely and completed a very difficult task in two days! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing prompt and professional service

Had a basement flood Thursday night, found it at 8:30 a.m. Friday. Servpro was cleaning it up
3 hours later at 11:30 a.m. that same friday (and they're an hour drive from us). Everyone from Ben who whipped up an estimate in less than an hour to Chuck and Aj who came out and cleaned up and set up equipment were so friendly and easy to work with. Everything was explained clearly, and the equipment did it's job very well. Chuck kept in touch all 3 of the drying days and was amazing! We highly recommend Servpro to anyone who needs a cleanup job done quickly and thoroughly.

Great communication, courteous and great work Chuck Rager and AJ where very consciousness about making our living space safe after demo. Packed all of our belongings as if they where there own. Spent time listening to our concerns and answering all of our questions. Will be using them for future projects! If you are in need of a crew I'd request these two!

Chuck came to help us out and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had a water leak on our second story and Chuck did everything professionally and in a timely manner. His knowledge is unmatched, and furthermore chuck should be viewed as a vital part of the serve pro team and commended for his customer service and work ethic. They did the remediation just fine from a broken faucet hose.

However, they took a battery and charger for our lawn mower. Their initial inspector even remembered seeing it there before the work was done. I came to discover it wasn't there when I went to mow the grass. Very inconvenient situation as it needed done bad.

Also heard nothing for weeks from our insurance company. Their adjuster indicated he had not yet received the report from Servpro.

My wife called Servpro last Friday to see what's up and the insurance adjuster magically had everything he needed this morning Tuesday.

Finally after lost weeks of time we can get this house fixed and back in the market for sale.

Did the job but follow up with the job as mediocre at best.

I'd do 2.5 stars if I could.

Gary and Edwin got one of our rentals fixed up with a quick and throrough duct work cleaning! I would definitely recommend them.

We had a pipe burst in our home. SERVPRO came in and did a great job of not only cleaning up, but repacking, all of the items that were salvageable, to be repacked. We were in the process of moving and getting the house on the market when the pipe burst. Kaley Kozian and Annette Roberts of the Indiana, Pa., office have been a HUGE help.
